In the Configured Devices screen, highlight and select the input you want to use as default. From the options that appear on the screen select Make Default TV device

Not much necessary if you dont have viewing issue with this

Viewing experience becomes bad as the plastic reflects light a lot and plastic becomes opaque. Do remove the plastic film and see the difference.
Remove of not longer time heating may damage screen ....glass can cool fast .

You should remove this tape/film for better viewing experience and for longer life of panel.Removing film keeps your panel safe from heating.
