I dont think so, when you said ''improved graphics'' you are already see it in the game itself, this was and its still be one of the most beatiful pixel art between garou mark of the wolves, you don't need 3d animation when you have this crazy work of pixel art and sprites
There’s no way you could remake this game today. Maybe back when the KoF13 style was being done with 3D model traced sprites...next best thing is giving it to ArcSys to let them do a game in the style of FighterZ...
To be honest this game is perfect as it is. I would hate for it to look like the current Samurai Showdown. They over did the sfx in order to make people like the look.
