My interpetation of Shed Theory is putting greater value on one's inner thoughts and using your inner thoughts to create an individual path of creativity while shunning popular culture, keeping it insular or "inside the shed". That's why Marlon is always talking about "theories" within his lyrics because it's what you think and what goes on in your head is what truly matters most. Theories are worth more than gold.
This is more of an interpretation of what I think rather than what I think they would answer if you asked them, but their music is so ambiguous on purpose and us as listeners can fill in the gap with our own meaning, i.e. "Find Your Theory". I think a lot of great art does this, leaves enough room for the art appreciator to bring their own meaning to it.
As for this song, I feel like theyre addressing the ironic disposition they give off, especially when it comes to more controversial stuff like Joeyy making joke songs with Sam Hyde or the NodPit stuff. Some critics think theyre coming from a place of malice, but it's not, it's more much like the song itself. They are joking about their execessive drug use yet at the same time, it's their reality, they do have drug habits. To deal with their addictions they make light of them, making it seem like they're above it, but it's more complex and they're actually hooked. So everything is coming from a lighthearted place, but much like the sound of the song and the verses, the reality is dark.
Sorry for leaving a whole essay but I really love Shed Theory and have so many thoughts on them. These theories gotta go somewhere

Marlon and his dad built the Shed, when he was younger because they had extra land.
Marlon needed a place to record and the Shed made was perfect.
