Because Jessy's was by far the best perormeance, in terms of shock factor, execution and it actually being a rare talent and a really hard thing to do. Mimii herself said Jessy should win I think. Mimii was really good though, way better than most of the others. Usually when they save someone to sing at the end they can't sing to save their life but the Islanders sing along to help them out, but Mimii actually has a nice voice.
