I hate how sims keep grabbing the fruitcake to eat, even though they hate it and it makes them miserable. I usually end up tossing the fruitcake either after the welcome party or after my sim accepts it. lol (side note: I believe the goofball, childish, foodie and maybe the cheerful sims actually like the fruitcake)
Yeah I do dislike it, though I also kind of understand constantly forgetting you hate a food and then trying it multiple times being like "well maybe *that* was bad but this will be good". I wish when they had it the first time they'd reveal the hidden trait in the traits window whether the sim likes or dislikes it so we could remember it about that sim in the future easier.

In that case she could spend her own money on stuff she wants and dad and granddad will start asking questions. By the way, opa is also a Dutch word for grandad. But the ‘o’ in the word is more like ‘o’ in okay 😉 in history Indonesia was a colony of the Netherlands. Perhaps that’s why they call grandad opa in Indonesia

Mold is very dangerous! I use to live in a townhouse that had mold in it and the landlord would not do anything about it. The more I asked him to take care of it the floor started to rot away over the years and with my poor health I was very sick from it. Won’t even talk about how he would fix the heating and air that broke and we went without heat all Winter and no ac for tor the Summer. He got tired of us asking to fix things and told us to get out 😮 It was a blessing though because that mold could have killed me if we kept living there.
I completely agree about rice in a rice cooker and I only eat Jasmine rice! You should try cooking your rice in chicken broth instead of water. I’ll do that when I am eating rotisserie chicken.
Apartment walls and doors broken in the cutaway view just like City Living and Eco Life from the High School Patch. Apartments being private not so much seeing into and empty apartments and seeing the outside from the inside because the walls are broken.SMDH. Putting a broken tool in a new pack, they can keep it. You couldn't give me this pack. Make sure you keep those walls up so no see the mess the apartments are.

I love how you pronounced our Indonesian name Dewi as dewy. It's supposed to be pronounced as déwi or déwee, like the da part in damn and wee. But as I listened, I guess dewy is another cute way of pronouncing it

just watching your and other content creators videos about the new pack, i feel like it's a little weak. I think the world is beautiful, the build buy is fine (I personally won't use traditional looking furniture that much) and i like the idea of creating rental units. the nosy / secret thing, mold and repairing the rental constantly all seems very repetitive, similar to the dream home decorator career. also the tentants revolting regularly seems so annoying. i heard they revolt even though everything is fine (e.g. you have the grandparents staying in a unit for free and they still will revolt)...
Your next vacation should be to the White Sundays! It was the most beautiful place we visited in Australia 🩵 we saw so many whales and even with the weather not being the best, the beauty of that place was unbelievable 🩵
Do you know if your code works for Origin? I play on my MacBook so I can not use EA Play. I remember in the past they gave you a code and this past year when I bought a few packs/kits I put in your name just in case and it never gave an error message. (not sure if it actually worked though) When I preordered this pack when the trailer came out I put in your name, but it gave an error message (both capital letters, lowercase, and uppercase D only). Next time a pack is released, I will make sure to wait until your pre-released videos come out before preordering so I can possibly use your code if you are given one.

It's coming with the next patch. By default, they are set to all, but you can set them as kitchen (makes sim automounsly wash dishes in them, but not wash their hends) and bathroom (makes sim automounsly wash their hands but not do dishes in them)

Having played it for a bit, I agree the gameplay is not as strong as the new build options. I think the build options are what have me excited!
