5:06 the English voice actor actually makes it sound like he's actually hurt instead of just playing a game. Zhongli wouldn't really be used to getting hurt with him being a god and how godly his shield is, so the way the English voice actor speaks makes the most sense

That makes alot of sense, since he always hides under a shield, he isn‘t used to get injured.
Yeah, the English VA makes it sound as if Zhongli is saying “Is this pain? I forgot how it felt like” in his head
I met Keith Silverstein at a con once and he did tell us that he loves the emotional baggage behind Zhongli's character. Putting that in the voice makes for one of his favorite roles.

That "Alhaitham and Kaveh Cutscene turned into an Indian Drama Series" one was my favourite.
