i wonder if anyone knew the truth about candytale, its actually an au branch from horrotale, instead the monsters eating human, its just frisk killing and eating them instead
Going into more detail(if talking about ValenSealover’s Candytale) there was so many resets that the game glitched out and all monsters became aware of just being a game(the glitch caused them to turn into Candy) Now all the monsters are insane(the happy insane) and wanting to escape in any way they can, with majority just choosing to die, so they tell Frisk or other monsters to eat them(they originally didn’t have flavour so Alphys made something to add flavour.) Flower, Sans, and Asgore are the only ones somewhat sane because they knew about them already(though they are also insane) The au ends with Frisk realizing it was a game as well and the game then crashing with you having no way to enter again.
Two years ago I read a comic on this au, I don’t know if this comic can be found now or not.. This au is not very popular, so there is not much content with it(
