I have one question. Why elements bounce from each other? Should they stay in contact?

I am always wondering, are those simulation results are still the same when using different versions of DYNA solver? For example, the same keyword input, but one is simulated on R11.0 and the other is on R12.0.

It should be the same. However, occasionaly later versions of LS-DYNA may include some bug fixes which may alter the simulation results. Or default values may change. But this happens very rarely as LS-DYNA is usally pretty strict with their downward-compatibility philosophy
