I'm sorry, but having charges dropped after it's proven that the suspect is volatile and dangerous and clearly guilty of the crimes they're accused of shouldn't mean the charges get dropped just because they're deemed unfit to stand trial. Especially for cases like the first one where the man has proven several times that his actions led to the death of what sounded like two people. Hopefully, that man is still locked up.

Spoken like someone who hasn't considered how they actually MAKE laws or courtroom rules. Allow me to give you an example right off the top of my head......
Suddenly we live in a world where what you said is true. You are arrested for a crime you did not commit. During the trial, the prosecutor makes some accusations or comments that get a reaction out of you....
ah ah ah. The trial stops now that you've had an 'outburst', you're now guilty of a crime you didn't commit.
Still think that's a great idea, or perhaps things need to be a bit more nuanced? Don't get me wrong, I get where you're coming from. People absolutely should respect the court for sure! But we're also humans with emotions and complicated behaviors. Sometimes we have to deal with some dumb sh!t because we don't want people to fall afoul of a law or rule.

The confinement is not the same between them, not even close. Typically jail is for people who cannot make their bond or have been found guilty of a lesser offense. Prison is solely for serious offenses and is much, much more strict in their confinement than jail. Unless you think a person can be put on 23 hour lock downs with 1 hour of rec time by themselves in jail they are not the same. The terms are not interchangeable.

Hey Courtroom Consequences, could you at least do your homework? You have different Antonio Rosales' in the still picture when things are being described and the actual footage from the trial.

Like the green river murderer This is an example. The guy was probably guilty for well over 100 murders. And if he hadn’t admitted to the majority of them, then he would’ve been convicted for what all of four. I mean come on, and then the guy goes to jail and they can’t even convict him up like he got convicted for a stupidly, low amount of murders he admitted to the rest and if he didn’t, he would’ve never been caught for it I mean the same thing for the iceman he can’t even remember how many people he killed like again and again, and again, it’s like if people don’t come to the forefront and straight up. Just say this is what I did then the system wouldn’t even have anything to go on and then, when you actually get into a courtroom, it’s an insane amount of people working for months and in some cases years to try to solve stuff that could not be more obvious like what is the deal here I mean I would say it’s laughable, but talking about human life so no it’s not laughable

When they come out of this world and have to answer to their crimes before God if they take the same actions they will be spending a lot longer in Hell than they ever would in prison on this earth its not upto a court of law on this earth to give a death penalty to even the worst of people only God has that right to do and not a human on this earth thats a thatked not a apineon
