Bright & Zesty Homemade Dressing 🍊

This homemade dressing is bright, zesty, and made with winter’s produce superstar: oranges! 🍊

Juice of 1 navel orange
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ to ⅓ cup olive oil
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tbsp honey

• Add all ingredients to a jar, close the lid and shake.
