If as you said the journey is non stop are there no stops for going to the toilet. How about the elderly people are they supposed to hold on and sit tight. Please let us know.
Non stop generally means pickup will be at one point and there wi be no halt at dhaba

My recent experience with Nuego electric bus service from Chandigarh to Delhi was highly disappointing. The AC stopped working halfway, leaving us in a non-AC bus without windows in scorching 40-degree temperatures. The constant tire noise added to the discomfort. Overall, it was an incredibly unpleasant journey, driver said its 30 min break at karnal but took more than 45 min there as battery was charging. Ne er going in this crap again.
