It kind of helped me to kick start the day when I ran at 6am in the morning. But I dont do that often as have to wake up quite early before work/sch 😂 Maybe you can explore and find out what is suitable for you.

For me, it is a great way to ‘snowball’ my productivity because you’ll already feel motivated and awake if you check off a workout first thing in the morning 🤓💪
It's all mind games. If you get your workdone, the feeling of accomplishment will make you happy. And you will accomplish more goals that day to keep that feeling going.
