The Dungeon is the best farming method IMO. But Finishing the Dondoko Farm quest line will get you the initial capital to invest in good gear to be able to survive the deeper dungeon levels.
Agreed honestly, Dondoko is just useful for getting the Essence of Fuck Off Laser.

Honestly I'm kind of bummed at the payout from Dondoko Island. I love Yakuza side content like this, and loved the business mini games in 0 and 7. I spent tons of time working on my island, reaching max rank, and trying to rake in the money. Dondoko is really only good for mid-game when you first unlock it. Late game you earn money much more easily just from fighting enemies. I use a couple money boosting buffs on bosses in the dungeon and rake in far more than I do with Dondoko.
@@RadicalDreamer9000 It really felt like Dondoko should have given way more or had it spaced out to where the dungeons are way later, the dungeons are available pretty close to when you unlock the island and just output way more from the get go, and not just money, but really useful materials for equipments and character levels.
1. Become Host
2. Unlock “golden finger” skill
3. Use golden finger on elite enemy (1850000 yen from the high necromancer in Kamurocho)
4. Leave the combat
5. repeat
Hosts gold finger gives you 1.5x the amount of money you would get at the end of the fight. This amount is unaffected by Nouveau Riche Crown and probably other money boosting items.
You can repeatedly steal from the same street boss if you escape and retry the fight. Stealing items with Platinum finger from the lv 40+ Kamurocho street bosses gives Lustrous Steel.
This is only achievable post end game? or can we do it early?

And lesser money for all that effort 😅
endgame dungeons or the DLC one with crowns + magic money charm you can get like 6 million XP and endless money

Here's a better idea for the early game: In chapter 5 i believe you unlock a dungeon in hawaii, enter it with a novea riche crown on one of your party members, as well as using sengoku coffee drink, and finally top it off with a steal money skill from either the Host (golden finger) or maid(this one is better).
Your island looks way better than mine. Mine is an absolute shit show, but I make almost 100k a day from it in USD.
How do you get 100k dollars out of the island per day?
Same. I have 1,000 golden Kiru statues. The guests cant get enough

Leveling up the island is a very good idea when it gets unlocked, but the money you get from it is paltry by the time you reach around level 40. Enemies drop a ton of money just a few chapters later. This is especially true for elites, so clearing out Kamurocho and Yokohama of all if it's elites once you switch to Kiryu is very lucrative as well.
I was so sure that i wouldn't play this part of the game that much because in the beginning it didn't really interest me and i was planning on grinding for money during the main plot. But now, i cant get enough of this mini-game!!! I got creative and divided the island into parts!! A Restaurant/Eatery district, An Entertainment district, and a Camping Area for those that want to experience roughing it!! 😁
I needed this because all the weapon prices made me O_O!!

Having got Dondoko maxed out to S rank with all S rank guests I can say the dungeons are by far a better place to make money (and you level up). Not sure if ranking up the S guests rank makes a huge difference but at the moment an hour in the dungeons will get you hundred of thousands of dollars. That's end game of course.
It's still a great mini game and a lot of fun so I advise doing it anyway but I wouldn't go there purely for money.
Only if you want solid gear early on. You're better off just progressing until you hit dungeons and you'll earn a lot more money without wasting hours playing Farmville.
Can you do a guide on how to max Kiryus awakening or is it easy?

i sopend 100 days in this insland, quckly got 5 stars, in teh end 150.682,345 dokobucks converted into doillars was enough so i could buy the beast weapons BUT it was not enough to buy the best weapons and in the gearshop turn them into even stronger version, and this where jsut weapons wich means to get the best armor too you have to spend even more time in the island, in short, it is a good way to earn money but not that good if it takes way to much time
the best way to make money imo is just doing the dungeon. You get an insane amount of it.
@@Don500488 yes money exp, itmes and otehr stuff. ut the doko island helped me get the beast weapons you can buy so far, now i jsut need enough money to turn every weapon in the even stronger version in the gearsshop
I got about 300k by grinding in the dungeon for 2 hours.
In Dondoko, I spent 7 hours to get to rank 5 island. About 500k. But i'm not complaining, Dondoko is somewhat fun.

I realized I gotta do the hard and ex-hard and the island seems to reset every play through so Im not touching it until the final play through

When do you get it for Kiryu? I ignored it for Ichiban but now I'm at the party split. Also, do the parties remerge? Or is it separate even at endgame? No spoilers please 😂
@@KarmaHauntsYou They do not emerge so you better gear them up accordingly. You will enter yokohama dungeon as kiryu in one of the chapters. It’s forced scene in main quest. You will know it once you enter. Then you can farm in dungeons as you like

How do you convert dokubucks to USD? I've finished the 5 star resort but haven't found any option to convert my dokubucks...
Interacting with Dolphine should give you the option.

You need to progress first until chapter 6
Just play the main story as fast as u can till chapter 6

No you have to go through the story but for me, it set it up at the right time. As I was wondering how I was going to get money to buy the better weapons, then this popped up in the story part of the game. lol
