He isn't. You just gotta know what your doing. Especially not forcing engages early game. Once he gets boots and full jungle item you can pretty much take any team fights. If you play him clash lane you just gotta go doomsday and anti cc boots. One of the few heroes that can take 5 v 1 unless you are facing heroes with too much cc. Either way he always will stay perma banned in rank
The fact is even if you are fully built still you need lots of support from your other teammates. This new augran excels with team play rather than the old augran who was just unstoppable. He will be always in banned due to his passive and yes he is still strong as i hinted in this video if "your teammates know how to play around augran
