I cannot tell you how much help your videos have been to me... I am in Cameroon, (in Africa, not very popular country, I know), 100% English education till I went to med school in the francophone zone. I'm in the 6th year(of 7) and although I am quite familiar and comfortable with French now, I have been floundering, trying to deduce how to practice in English while learning in French. It should be the same, but it really just isn't. At all. I am so blessed to have this, just all here, clear, concise, complete! And free! I am really grateful, thank you.
Thank you for these videos - incredibly helpful!
Fantastic presentation. Thanks!
Thank you. Great lecture
I believe that the leading thought on the mechanism of the aortic tear near/distal to the subclavian is on account of the tethering effect of the ligamentum arteriosum.
V fib and pulseless vtach are defebrillatory/shockable.
16:00 how is vfib not a shockable rhythm? 🙀
v-Fib is shockable 16:05.

Good lecture but maybe get your basic ACLS figured out. Defib the vfib...
Very good lecture but was surprised to hear that vfib is not a Shakable rhythm. For Vfib you defib.
I have learnt and reinforce so much.
Thank you.
I think he must have tried to say as its not shockable in that setup as it will most probably occur in the field,
But do agree that he mentioned as vfib,
😍
