A couple of questions. What's the point of all these renovations? Wont it cost a fortune? Plus when when the owner decides to resale it will he/she get back the cost plus a little extra
Hey, each client has a different requirement on what they are looking for renovations, thereofore it varies on what the client wants as an end result. Won't cost a fortune but won't be really cheap either. Regarding how much the client gets back. That depends on many factors, are they looking to keep it for themselves long term, short term flip, rent it out to get top quality tenants, BRRRR it? Etc...
