Congratulations 🎉 Jimmy I'm going for a spring time overseed in my backyard. I just got rid of some light sucking trees and I'm doing some much needed landscaping back there, I need a nice 10 foot wide curvilinear path to one of the gates of all grass instead of river rock and we will be adding more grass to the back. I have 3 zones unused back there so I won't be lacking irrigation form the new grass

Nature's Seed has a bad @ss perennial rye!! Germinates in 3 days and is dark is dark is dark for those over seeding warm season turf. I never paid attention they are out of Utah! Great company

I almost had tears in my eyes at the beginning of the video, cause I feel the same. The lawn is where memories are made we watch our kids play and grow up. It’s the backdrop to pictures and family events. It’s more than grass it’s part of a families story. Love this. ❤
