Isn't that true! I find the greatest strength when Eckhart speaks lies in his way of calmly repeating the same thought in different ways and somehow waiting for you to "catch the wave" in your own calm rhythm - such a beautiful human Being 😌

Thank you Eckhart. In many years I had this idea that happiness was these strong joyful emotions and if they were not there, there was something wrong and everything would be chaos. It was afwul living in a rollercoaster like that and rate people because who they were or how they looked. Your videos and books have helped me to get back to being alive again. Again, thank you.

@Thomas Greg I'm present, I'm aware, I'm awakening again but they've got me in the dark and that's not good for light.
We are supposed to be assisting the balance of nature but everyone seems to just want to try and be, or teach others how to stay the same when we cannot, it's unnatural, it's impossible, we experience higher states and they to pass.

The mind is our neurotic friend and needs us to reassure it by not joining in with its fears and worries, if we aren't frightened by our minds fears worries and anxieties then neither will our minds be afraid. Its difficult to ignore every fearful thought our minds produce for us to think about but in reality none of its actually true, so what is there to think about? its all just a story created by our minds to either get our attention or reassurance, our attention gives the thoughts energy while our disinterested gives our minds reassurance that there is nothing to worry about 👍🙏🙏. Easier said than done of course but like everything thing else from riding a bike to playing a musical instrument, the more we practice the better we get at it, and it really does get easier and easier if we stick to it and break our bad habit thinking and form a new happy trusting habit 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I remember seeing you on Oprah yrs ago, I had no idea what you were talking about, just like when I saw Wayne Dyer, I didn't hear anything he was saying, I thought he was talking about psychology but it wasn't anything special, then 2 yrs ago I had a spontaneous awakening/I experienced God and I didn't believe in God. Now I know exactly what you're saying and what Wayne D. was talking about when I watch him. It's absolutely true if somebody isn't vibrating at the same frequency they can't hear you( not u personally). I think it's different explaining it to someone, and they might get it, then actually experiencing an awakening. I found out that we have crystals in our pineal gland that vibrate when we're in deep meditation, that can bring on an awakening.

Alan Watts said "what if you could dream any dream you wished, you'd probably initially dream of great love and wonderful experiences, and after a while you'd forget you were dreaming at all" all the time our lives are a variety of highs and lows we can be sure not dreaming but living in reality 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
When I focused in Eckarts Eyes with a clear mind and inner peace, I started to see shape shifting in his face and beside him. It was like a small trip. Wow.
Today I learned to live in the gap finally. What peace!

Wonderful, I met my 1st wife in a lucid dream over 2 years before meeting her physically. I knew she was taller than me, thin, did massage therapy and many other specific things so when I met her under unlikely circumstances I knew who she was and the dream turned out to be 100% but if I didn’t have the dream I
likely would have missed out… just one example of the power if lucid dreaming. Namaste

@@cyruscherry35 I do not know, all I know is I had the dream, then when I met her 2 years later I recognized her, she was doing the work I saw her doing, tall thin..even eye color was accurate...beyond that i cannot know why and certainly some form of astral projection, or meeting on the astral happened, but that is what dreaming is too

It is a subtle yet definite arising of a power for want of a better word that invisibly yet palpably is there....wanting to come through. The night before I flew to New York for a week touring,. I had a lucid dream i would be sitting beside a wonderful girl on the plane, (my wife had left me two months before for another guy) and fall in love. Sadly we departed wance we arrived. I year and two months later, I was walking up Grafton Street in Dublin, and bumped right into each other. We've married 3 years, and it's like been reborn again, in happier wold.
Than you, Eckhart , I convinced our lives play to the rhythm of a Waltz. On our greatest moments, the beat the twirl the waltz, and suddenly our lives become cleare, like a polished diamond brilliance.

! У меня было спонтанное пробуждение в феврале прошлого года, когда я потеряла ребенка во время беременности, мне сделали операцию по его извлечению и вкололи наркоз. Я в буквальном смысле пробудилась, в пустоте. Было ощущение что я проснулась ото сна и была счастлива что наконец то проснулась. Сначала была тишина, я не отождествляла себя там с той женщиной которая я тут, я была «дома» . Я начала вспоминать «свой сон» то есть эту жизнь))), что у меня во сне была семья- муж, дети, родители, всевозможные страхи и переживания, сложная беременность. Я так была счастлива что наконец то проснулась от этого долгого сна)))! Поняла что если бы я знала что это сон, то не страдала бы так ни за что, поняла что я могу управлять своим сном как захочу, что только я хозяйка своего сна и все мои мысли - закон. Поняла что люди в моем сне это все Я, и нет ни кого кроме меня.
Но потом мне захотелось снова лечь спать. я понимала что если я лягу, то опять окажусь в этом сне, этого мне очень не хотелось. Тогда я начала утверждать себе что я обязательно должна запомнить все эти свои духовные открытия, чтобы насладиться своим сном и жить в нем осознавая каждую секунду, и управляя им как мне захочется)))).
У меня получилось! Я все помню! Исчезли материальные желания и страдания.
Чувствую себя расслабленной, и все легко!

Thank you Eckhart. I fully admitted I was awareness a couple of very brief times during this video and realised my presence when you invited us to. It made me laugh when I did it the time you said to look in your eyes so didn’t work as well - I don’t think! My ego has been in a ‘dual’ since this morning and slightly painful in the body so awareness and presence hasn’t been very impulsive so thank you for helping. 🙏🏼
Haha when we did the Now--Now thing, I experienced the weird “tiny-huge-thing”: a peculiar sensation I used to feel often as a child and still from time to time where one part of you is Huge giant field around your usual physical body which feels tiny in comparison! Recently I read parts of Taisha Abelar’s book where they make her deliberately practice this calling it “casting your energy body’s net”.

People go too far with this concept, which is simply to occupy one's mind; it's all just a route to inner peace and silence... the end of the day, it's not even that "spiritual."
We are one species, Humanity, go back 16 generations; I am your brother as you are my brother... in this sense, we ARE one family, literally and scientifically speaking.
We exist together on one planet; boom, nothing extra, not scary or delusional being happy with present silence :)
People need to relax, special those that like to "let me tell you who you are" im not sure its healthy to place blame on others for any ideological reason. people are the same, no ninjas, clowns or demigods... just people being, people.

Im struggling with kindness to those I dislike.
Maybe I need to do something else for me to be able to. I cannot see a time where I can achieve it. Seems impossible to feel loving kindness where I see egos. Egos have hurt me and so they are viewed by me as a threat, dangerous, nasty.

Normally I agree 100% with Eckhart. However, on the topic of happiness and the degree of of which manifestation of these emotios are possible, I disagree. In the same way that you can indulge in the dream and stories of the ego, without identifying with them, you can also indulge in happiness or unhappiness. Spiritual illumination is different for everyone. For some, it may be exactly like Eckhart is describing, for others, there can still be great joy. Sat Chit Ananda. Existence, Consciousness, Bliss.

Its excellent that you disagree with Eckhart sometimes 👍 there would be something wrong if you didn't disagree with him ever,. Some people sometimes forget Eckhart is just a man, a human being just like us all and he like us all is both fallible as well as fantastic. The moment you find yourself in agreement with absolutely everything Eckhart says, you have become the conditioned person Eckhart helps people learn not to be 😊😊😊🙏

It isn't about just agreeing with him blindly, but he's simply speaking what I've already concluded to be true. Sometimes it is the case that he says something new and upon reflection, I find myself in agreement. You say people forget that he's just a man. Well, that's where you and I disagree. He is enlightened awareness having a human experience. This what he continues to point to in his teachings. Undoing our conditioning is essential to understaning that we are all that. We are the Self.
@@satolah sorry, but Echart Tolle lovely as he is, really is just a man. Eckhart has a very good understanding of the human mind and a fantastic way of sharing what he himself has learned from many many other humans before him with his audiences. I like Eckhart and listening to him has helped me personally but i think you are projecting your own feelings and beliefs on to Eckhart here , i have never once heard Eckhart himself proclaim to be more than a human being just like everyone else. As for some of the stuff Eckhart comes out with when he strays into his imagination? Well in the words of Tammy Wynette, "well after all he's just a man" 😊🙏🙏🙏

had managed to recognize the difference between
ego (voice in the head)
& divine will (voice of the one)
~ _mind u, these are just words, approximations_ ~
then he would at the same time be just a man & yet not at all ordinary.
i am far from that point of operating solely from divine will, (that's a laugh) but ive glimpsed it & understand from this that tho rare, it is possible for some.
so unless you are operating solely from divine will, or had a brief glimpse, (?) i'm not sure how you would know whether or not Tolle is aware of things that you are not.
& as far as being infallible, (a strange word/term to me)
i would rather say that Tolle is highly, acutely vulnerable, in such a "receptive state" whereby if the dimmer switch of his ego were to veer up in scale,
the "presence" running through him would simply absorb it, pulling it back into the fold, a kind of living, spontaneous course correction of sorts (again, words).
call it projection all u want, but what i see when i look at Tolle
is someone that could live in complete quiet,
immersed in an endless state/dimension that ive only visited,
Tolle i believe has been melded into that state,
where it re-circuits everything,
like iron filings sprinkled in disarray onto a piece of paper,
they all jump into alignment as *the magnet is brought near* .
