- Some people have asked me to create a free alternative for HanaTool. So here's my attempt at it.

If you're talking about that reddit post, yes that's pretty much my base for it. I am just making it easier, and adding some more functionality like reordering and deleting blendshapes.

I have a question tho. Does it mean that with this software I will be able to copy the blendshape from any other model and it will fit the standards? I`ve been using one asset for LipSync but due to the different blendshapes it does not work too great

Hmmm... It depends. Blendshapes are such complicated thing that I'm still learning even right now.
But as long as the source and target model has the same mesh, the same structure, it should work.
For my LipSync plugin, you need to have the name of every blendshape exactly the same as the one on the script. Otherwise, the animation won't work. You can easily edit this from the script.
Making a specific plugin for oppai and body interactions that function in XR nicely is truly a recommended plugin, if can handle that without concern about any taunting.
Oof... XR/AR/VR is going to be another leap of knowledge from me. I don't know if I'll ever do it, but we'll see. The biggest reason right now is that I have no VR device to work with.

Hello again. I have an idea for a video, if you're interested, or just a question. How to make several hairstyles for one character, for the game. And clothing options so that you can switch to unity. I want to create a customized character, at least partially. But so far there are not very many videos on this topic. And for vroid, almost none. It is also interesting how it is possible for, say, 30 vrm characters to fit clothes at least manually, ideally so that it adjusts automatically, at least approximately. And at the same time, when exporting from the blender as a vrm, all this was preserved. Although these are more blender questions. But if you know how to do this or with what, I will be grateful for the answer.
I also wonder how to make effects like a character wet or in mud, got a scar so as not to touch the main layer of skin.

That is in the works right now. But the answer might not be as great as you may think. Simply put, VRoid models are very limited.

Make a Character Creation System in Unity with Vroids
My colleagues are ordered me to work on 2 characters male and female model and atleast 6 custom face set, hairstyle, shoes and skin tone.

Character creation, eh? Unfortunately, that could be kinda hard. I'll see what I can do, but clothes swapping in VRoid is kinda limited.
There is always a possibility of just putting VRoid Studio in Unity. That does help solve a lot of the problems.
My collegue idea is I export 6 set of vroid prefab
like in Fem character I export 6 different hair styles, together with the set of eye and clothes
and the script do the trick like a click the the eye it will changes the prefab with the export vroid with that eye
but I said to him that will be heavy to our game
2 character male and female X 6 pairs of face set ,skin, hairstyle, shoes.
(2 X 6) X 4 = 72 vroid models in total

I really, really, really, really need this. What kind of requests I have not entered into UA-cam and Google, there is no explanation anywhere how this is done.
Also, I have some ideas for a video, if you're interested. A simple guide would also be useful to me, how to export only clothes from vroid to blender and apply it to one character so that it can be switched. I.e. so that you can put on a jacket in unity, take off your jacket, change one skirt for another. For me personally, it would be a very necessary guide. although it can also be useful for vi tubers.
well, how to create your own clothes, too, at least on the example of some of the most primitive watches or a downloaded T-shirt, how to attach it to a character and make it possible to switch.
About animation.
When i export vrm, it doesn't contain nothing on unity. When i export fbx, it contain animation, but model haven't color, material and other and when i put animation from fbx to exported using vrm addon model, it's played cursed.
It's frustrating.
maybe if English was my main language I would see that it's elementary (if that's the case), but I just started learning programs and am a complete noob in all this.
oh, and I also have a strange bug. when I use one of the free controllers, terrible things happen to the chest of the character. during the movement, it is pressed into the chest. something strange with physics. if there are assumptions or you need to record a video, I can do it.

- Animations for VRoid models or any other 3D models are not different. As long as you have the same Avatar/Rig setup, you can use any tutorial on animation in Blender.
- Clothes in VRoid is very limited. As you may know, VRoid have a certain presets mesh for the character's clothes, like dresses or two pieces shirt and pants. Swapping from textures in the same mesh is possible. But swapping clothing mesh is not.
Once you export you character, that clothing mesh becomes part of your character model. If you want to have your character with multiple clothes, you might need to have multiple models of your character clothes.
- When you upload your model to Mixamo, they often appear without texture. That is normal. Mixamo is an animation-first website. You can fix the materials later in Unity or in Blender
- As for the physica bug, yes, I am still investigating this. The temporary fix is to disable VRM Instance component in your VRoid model. But this also disables all eye movement and blinking animation.
@@ReForgeMode The animation is no different, of course, move the bones and that's it, but I don't understand how to export it from the blender to unity. If you take the animation from fbx, then the character is twisted and he goes underground when trying to play the animation. if you export char+animation as vrm, then after all the automatic conversions in unity, I don't see where you can get animation.

The answer to both of them is Animation Retargetting in the import section of the model in Unity. In Unity, we call this Avatar.
You can import your model as VRM and then use animation from Mixamo or from Blender in the animator.
