@@bindaasvideos9776 sorry brother apka message miss kar dia tha. 4 lakh to bahot acchi price hai, agar abhi bhi available hai car to skoda service center par check karva lena ki accidental to nahi hai aur proper inspection bhi, kahi odometer ke sath ched chad to nahi hui hai. Agar sab sahi nikle to le lo.
Maintenance around 15-17k per year padegi.
On performance and value for money which one will you choose 2018 -1.6 MPI petrol automatic model or 2017 1.5 Tdi manual engine .
Here I would personally go for the 1.5 TDI manual, it's a great engine but a little noisy.
1.6 MPI on the other hand sounds sporty! But it's fuel efficiency is poor (the only positive here would be that you can get ECU remapped for much better Performance since the engine is very capable)
So Performance + VFM = 1.5 TDI

Hello, I currently stay in pune and mostly looking for a fun to drive vehicle, average is not a concern(but it should still be manageable). My budget is max 7lakhs. I shorlisted skoda rapid petrol manual 1.6 Mpi 2017 single owner, 81000 km driven on spinny platform . Overall condition is good, drive is great. Its just the tyre that would need to changed as they are worn out. They are qouting are quoting 6.82l. Shall I go ahead with this decision. Please suggest.
At 6.82 it sounds pretty expense. I'm assuming it's the Style variant. Considering it's close to 7 years old with 81K on odo around 6 lakhs would be a great price.
I understand your budget is limited to 7 lakhs, but I would suggest that if you have only Rapid in mind then look for the 1.0 TSI Rapid Rider. You'll find them in the range of 7-8 Lakhs.
The other option I would suggest for a fun to drive vehicle would be the Tiago JTP, you'll be able to find used ones in under 5 lakhs.

It's an 8 year old car, beware of parts replacement cost. The car maybe in perfect condition from the looks of it but do get it checked out at a Skoda Service Center. If the dealer denies you the option to get it checked at authorized service center, then you'll know for sure that there is something wrong with the car.
Asking price around 4 would be a good deal, current asking price is too high. Be confident with the dealer that Skoda doesn't have that good of a resale value as the parts cost is too high.
So, my humble opinion would be
- Buy it if you love to drive + can get it at 4 + no problems identified at Skoda SC
- Otherwise let it go, you'll find a better deal 😉

44K is a quite a lot for 3 years so do get the car checked out at an authorized Skoda service centre before making the purchase.

1.6 MPI is a fuel guzzling engine and is not particularly fast unless you plan to remap the ECU, but it does make the right noises😀
3.2L is a good price but the car is quite old, there could be issues which the dealer may be trying to hide. Beware that Skoda Parts are expensive and parts replacement (like gearbox or suspension) could burn a hole in your pocket
Considering the age of the car, I'd let this one go, but if you're really interested in it get it evaluated at a Skoda Service Centre, they will charge a nominal fee to check for damaged parts and odometer tampering and they will assure you if the car is accidental or not. Sometimes people repair total loss cars and sell them for a very low price.

Be aware of odometer tampering, other than that it sounds like a great deal. Go for it. Also, 1.6 MPI will not return good fuel economy, but it's lovely to drive.

Rapid is not AMT, it's DSG. I highly doubt that a 2017 car has just run 20K, the odometer must have been tampered with. Get the car checked at an authorised Skoda service center. 6.8L price is too high for a 7 year old Rapid. Anywhere around 5.5 or maybe 6 if the car is in great condition, would be a good price.

12.5 seems to be somewhat on the higher side as the car is 8 years old, but if it is in great condition then it could be a good purchase! Do not expect good fuel economy from the 1.8L. Do ask for Extended warranty from Spinny covering the gearbox, steering, engine mounts and electrical if possible.

Price is too high for a 8 Year old Rapid which has run over 100,000 km!
There must definitely be some issues, if your heart is really set on the car get it checked out at an authorised Skoda service centre. They will charge a nominal 2k, but it will give you a peace of mind, dealer / seller will always say that there is no issue with the car.

2020 is 3 years old so you're basically getting a generic deal at 10 Lakhs. It's good if the car is in impeccable condition, otherwise negotiate, somewhere between 9-9.5 would be a good deal.

It's 9 years old, it's highly unlikely that it has been run only 60k, there's a good chance of odometer tampering. Do get it checked at an authorised service center.
4.25 is still high, anything around 3.75 would be a good price.

dont buy diesel automatic which is run so much. my dsg blew around 95k kms. get petrol
82K is a lot of running for a DSG.
Would suggest to avoid, but if you're really set on this car then get it throughly evaluated at any Skoda authorized service center, they can let you know about the overall health of the car, specially the DSG (being the most expensive part to replace)

@@khalandar1618 That is a good deal, but I would not recommend a 7 year old Skoda car to anyone, specially DSG.
There is a good chance that the car is problematic and would spend a lot of time at the service center.
Also this must be the 1.6 Diesel, you can negotiate a better price for Diesel.
It's not that the parts would go wrong again and again but the SC takes quite some time to arrange those parts for you (if anything goes wrong) and the car ends up sitting at the SC for days!
The most common problematic areas are - Fuel Injector and DSG (Clutches or Mechatronic)
Get the car checked at authorized Skoda Service Center for any issues / defects and make your choice accordingly 😀
