Some reactors couldn't really catch the reason Pitou cried but Neel immediately clutched it. He noticed that it was the first time the King made a plea even before Pitou cried. Big brain moment there.
Yes. Because Pitou is very aware about kings feeling and she is loyal like a dog, so when she feel the king is counting in her, its like somebody you love tell you that you are important for him and he is counting on you, she feel emotional. And we forget that the royal gard and the king are newborn, they are learning about feellings
He’s the first one I’ve seen catch why Poitou cried.
I always figured it was more complicated than that and she (or he whatever you like) had conflicting emotions. Like, this is an order from the king and this is what he wants (which she cares about unlike pouf) but on the other hand she's struggling with her hardwired instinct of protecting the King at all costs.
It's very weird...I came here because I've watched a video with many reactors and nobody understood it...but I mean it's pretty obvious. I think most of reactors fake their reactions and that's why they can't empathize with characters

I remember the community complaining about it at times back when this first aired. I won't lie, it does draw out some of the more unnecessary segments of this arc, but what it adds to the atmosphere and depth of the character interactions for the important moments is so worth it. Also its something so unique to HxH, the way it is edited with the VAs and visual transitions just make it feel so fucking epic like pretty much no other anime does.
@@AzureBarrage it is pretty jarring when you did not have a narrator for most of the series then all of a sudden full on narration describing each and everything. Luckily the narrator was good and added to the atmosphere of the show but it could've have gone south real fast if the the narrator was bad
The narrator here is also poetic which is so beautiful, and by the way i prefer narrator rather than the inner monologue

And just to clarify. Nen is the ability to manipulate aura. “Nen” is just the name of the art. Aura is what people actually use to create their moves. So nen is not a fuel you spend like a car spends gasoline. So when knuckle say Yupi’s aura is unlimited he means he is gonna take longer go bankrupt. What you measure is not the “nen” someone has, its their “aura”. Nen is not like Ki or chakra, its simply the name of the art. You dont “spend” nen, You “use” aura.
So what you see around people’s body when they use Ren its their “aura” not their “nen”. Nen is more like the name of the concept, not what you see. I think you get it, right? I dont know if i explained it properly. Basically what you are calling “nen” until this point is actually “aura”
We use Nen as a word same as aura because it's the power system in this particular anime

They're only used interchangeably in colloquial conversation, or while aura is actively being used for a special purpose. Technically speaking, you don't "have a lot of nen" unless you're referring to someone's abilities

Yep, The reason why Meruem could passed them with ease, is because they were impress by Pitou's Aura. That they didn't focus on the king, wich i really don't know why he didn't killed them. I would say that is the same exact reason why Pitou couldn't attack Gon latter.
Komugi was in the room, barely alive. he wouldn't do anything within that space. of course he could, but why would he?

I think they were impressed by Meruem’s aura, actually. Since Pitou activated her healing ability, and Killua said he couldn’t feel any aura coming from her while she was using it, I doubt it was her aura but the King’s :)
@@henazz2561 let's just say that the combination of Komugi's accident, Meruem's reactions, Pitou's aura, Meruem's aura... all of those factors combined really threw the 2 old men off their guards. they have never been in that situation before and just froze out of sheer astonishment. the mental gymnastic these 2 had to do in these few minutes have been outrageous. and even with all their wisdom and experience, they froze in their track. inner conflicts to comprehend the situation rationally could be paralyzing.

I think the only numerical comparison that was given is Gon with 20-25k, so 700k on youpi was pretty shocking, although I would assume youpi is the royal guard with the most aura
Youpi actually has around 1 million auras. he has the most aura in HxH up to this point in the manga.
