Thats why employees have better work life balance then freelancers, because a free lancer cannot rely on one source, he has to regularly look for new ways whole life.
For Benefits, freelancing can still cover some of them 1. Paid Leaves - I have been both FL and in a company. FL has more opportunity because you won't have limits in clients (as long as you are able to deliver) which in turn pays more. So the "salary" covers this. Even though you are not getting paid during your "leave" you would still have ample budget. This is of course a case when FL pays more to your SJ (stable job) 2. Retirement - again, FL can cover this. There are a lot of investment platforms nowadays which can be used as your retirement plans. there are a lot of financial advisers out there 3. Courses and Trainings - We're here in UA-cam. A lot of creators are now posting crash courses for free
@@Izznum in my experience I know a lot of freelancers who, aside from not having degrees related to programming, some don't have degrees at all. It comes down to your knowledge and skill and the application of what you've learned
The way the work force is in America , I’d rather do freelance. Yes it’s hard but i don’t want to rely on my car constantly just for my income and im tired of all the extra time I have to use just to get ready , I am a hard worker but the way jobs are designed is killing the average working American. It might be lonely but I don’t even get along with any of my co workers no matter how hard I try so what’s the difference. I respect everyone’s choices though but yeah ,
@@Tiger-kq5rm Actually no cause it's fun to have more projects related to your expertise but sometimes it's really difficult to manage but yeah if you can give more then 8 hour's per day then freelancing is the best career,
@@AliHassan-rg9nd Did you directly get into freelancing or did full time job first and quit the job and then got into freelancing ?? Can freelancing be considered as full time ??

I'm a full time freelancer top rated on Upwork and I think freelancing is the best career but it's difficult you don't get much time
So cant you choose to just work less?😶
