The mix you just heard was made by me, a person born in 1999, so I hope you understand that I do not have full knowledge of what the 80's decade was, however I did the best research possible so that the mix is genuine to the time and that those people who did live in first person that time connect with the video, I apologize in advance if there are songs that were missing or songs that were left over (remember that the mashup covers the years from 1980 to 1990, therefore you will find a couple of songs from the early 90's) as you can see it is a mix of almost 200 songs and sometimes it is difficult for everything or more to fit into 17 minutes, I hope for your understanding and kindness In the comments, if you feel that the mix was not to your liking, I invite you to leave assertive feedback, create your own mix, and move on, you don't have to listen to it again if you didn't like it. 💚⚡

I'm completely astonished, this is definitely one of the best decade mashups i've ever heard
The songs choices were amazing (even some surprises I wasn't expecting like Just The Two Of Us, I Can't Wait, Under The Sea, Kickstart My Heart, If You Were A Woman...), and also, i really liked that you used some songs of a certain artist instead some other more famous from the same artist (Sussudio instead In The Air Tonight, Who Can It Be Now? instead Down Under, Still Loving You instead Rock You Like A Hurricane, Big In Japan instead Forever Young...)
The instrumental choices were on point (using the classic The Final Countdown instrumental with Rockwell's and Whitney's vocal was awesome, and that Maneater part got me speechless), and the song combinations were incredible (I think that section with Eye Of Tiger + Edge Of Seventeen + Babooshka + Self Control will be forever one of the best things i heard and i would love to hear an extended version of that final Take On Me + Maniac part)
As a Stevie Nicks fan, I loved that you used I Can't Wait (I was only expecting Edge Of Seventeen) and Fleetwood Mac's songs, and as a Brazilian, I also loved that you used Lambada by Kaoma, since the singer is also Brazilian

this is awesome. it's insane that i remember most of these songs, yknow 80s kids family reunions coming in clutch (i'm an early 2000s late child so lol)! it absolutely shocks me that you were able to make an 80s megamix project (along with the other megamix projects you've made aswell). the transitions in parts and vocal choices were insane, blended perfectly. every second was just pure perfection upon pure perfection.

I know there are a lot of songs that didn't make the final cut, the list was 215 songs before this but I had to eliminate many, some because they just didn't find a place in the mix and others were simply left over, Unfortunately I don't remember the specific songs.

am i the only one who thinks there was way too much pitch adjusting here, you almost can’t recognize a lot of the voices, i liked this but i think the other decades have an unfair advantage cuz the age of dj’s and mashups weren’t really a thing then, still tho well done some of this is absolute 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks for the feedback, in fact yes, there were times when I didn't feel comfortable with the pitch or even the tempos in many songs from that time, try to do my best with that, but still I'm glad you liked it, I'll keep in mind what you say so as not to neglect that aspect in future projects! 💚⚡
