Hello Everybody!
In this video, I am discussing Article 12 of the Indian Constitution - Meaning and Definition of State in Indian Constitution.
Most of the Fundamental Rights granted to the citizens are available against the State and not against private parties. Article 12 of the Indian Constitution defines State. In the video I have tried to incorporate various important and landmark cases of Indian Constitution which helped in shaping Article 12 such as Ajay Hasia v. Khalid Mujib, RD Shetty v. International Airport Authority, etc.
This topic is very important for understanding the Scope of State and its dynamic nature as well as from the point of various Competitive exams such as CLAT, UGC NET, UPSC, etc.

Started watching these videos when I was in law school. Now being a practising Advocate, still watching these videos to revise the concepts of Constitutional Law.

speaking whole heartedly currently I'm a professor at a government college and even I've done my PhD in constitutional law but i felt there is big lacuna on my studies. After watching your vide i felt i need to learn more. However god bless you, you look like my daughter and i will pray before the almighty that you would achieve more in your life. i would like to say for rest of the audience learning has no limit and i can proudly say she has far knowledge than me, i actually don't have the knowledge about last case law. So rest of the viewers keep learning and keep making new records. And at the end the lecture was astounding.
