Judges are always looking for something different, it's in between. Some jams they look for more musicality, and style, and some jams they're looking for power tricks, it just depends
a lot of factors go into this (just some speculation): 1. dias is not used to the 1v1 format, latest ones he participated in afaik are ROBC and SIBB (he excels in 2v2's, crew battles, specialty battles) 2. his cardio is weird, if he has to dance more than two rounds in a battle, he gasses out 3. he hasn't been on any large world stages, outside of russia* (likely some nerves got to him) he tried to hype himself up in the last round and took a walk to breathe 4. he didn't go his route of having long winded rounds and rushed a lot of his moves (could be due to many factors, music, backlash, etc.) 5. it's likely he wasn't taking this too seriously, i don't think he cares to be the best, he dances for fun 6. music (i doubt this was the defining factor because he can read music extremely well and his music knowledge arsenal is big) but possibly he was thrown off by the 3 beats played (in contrast he really didn't dance musically to the best of his ability, compared to some of his best rounds in Hip Opsession and The Floor Is Flava and more)
