Forever mad they didn’t have two more seasons because season 5 & 6 were IT! The maturity, them finally having stable (more or less) relationships, the storylines, all of it was so good
Yeah, it would have been neat to see how Victor and Lisa's relationship played out and if Ray was able to find a woman who was true to him and their relationship (unlike Vivica) to the point of marriage between the two of them. Maybe even Diavian could have started a new relationship of her own. Also to see how Tia and Tamera progressed through college socially and academically, ultimately finding careers that suited them each to a T. And even how Matt Sullivan would have blended in with the whole group going forward. After all, Season 6 and the entire Sister Sister series at that ended with everybody taking off in different directions just for the summer, not for life so to speak.

I could totally see them (Tia and Tamera) getting their own apartment and doing college away from home but still seeing Victor and Lisa and Ray here and there. Yes Diavian deserved a stable relationship because Steven was something else and it was nice seeing Tia and Tyreke get back together, would have loved to see Jordon propose to Tamera, and have more dramatic episodes kinda like A Different World vibe. The show definitely could’ve ended at 8 seasons.
Yes to all of this as well! It is often unclear as to why sitcoms end how and when they do. I guess Tia and Tamera themselves as actresses and people wanted to move on from Sister Sister after six years? After all, they were both 21 years old in real life when the series ended in 1999. They have had periodic reunions with other cast members (Jackee Harry/Lisa, Marques Houston/Roger, Tim Reid/Ray, and Ronreaco Lee/Tyreke) on TV since then luckily. And they were discussing a Sister Sister reboot for a while before the plans for it fizzled out likely due to lack of money. But Sister Sister is how Tia and Tamera will always be remembered by their most devoted fans forever. 😊

I looked and haven’t seen that it was cancelled but that they decided to leave the show because of college and wanting to get a true college experience which is funny to me because their characters were actually in college too. Selfishly I think they could’ve done both but then again maybe not. The show is definitely a classic and one of the best sitcoms in my book, would have loved an actual Sister, Sister reunion but not a reboot/remake/revival (I’m sick of those now lol) so I guess we can just imagine what two more seasons would’ve been like

Got to love how Ray claims to have been ‘tip toeing’ around as he thought Lisa was in bed- yet moments before that he was literally playing loud music on his stereo/surround system. Granted it was classical music and not exactly club music, but it was hardly creeping around either lol
I think those twins deserve to have some fun not just for grown ups. They are teenagers they need adventure let loose and stay young have some memories
