It depends on the bore of the engine and can vary from engine to engine.
Hello sir, I sail on MAN B&W 4 stoke Engine on that vessel I see the pressure of lub oil from pump is 5-6 bar
Why not gear pump for highly viscous lube oil?
Sir why we need this much pressure(45 bar ) in cylinder liner lubrication?
How do we trace the line of piston cooling oil outlet temp? Where do the sensors are fixed?
Sirr if different tank given for cylinder cooling with different properties of oil , like u said tbn 60 after the lubrication we it go , becoz sump oil has different properties like u said tbn 6 -10, u didn't explain that, if oil goes in the sump the properties will change
The 2nd line going from the crosshead is going to the Bottom end Bearing by the drilled passage..right..? Can you tell where the passage is drilled ? Cylinder right.?

Yes it is different.. Main Engine Crosshead lubrication in MAN B & W via flexible telescopic pipe ,whereas In sulzer case crosshead lubrication is through Swinging arm.
Now come to your question Cylinder lubrication in MAN B & W adopted Alpha lubricator whereas sulzer adopted Pulse lubrication ( Metered Quantity of oil is injected into the cylinder liner.) so In cylinder lubrication we need electronically control metered quantity of oil injection.
