I have a book entitled ' Deny & Disavow, Distancing the imperial past in the culture war ' written by professor Alan Lester of university Sussex, England , who happened to be my patient.
The book gives different account about the course of Sagrenti war and artifacts the British army took from Manhyia palace, including king Kofi Kakari"s umbrella and the golden stool. According to page 61 to 62 of this book, these items were given to queen Victoria of England.

It’s wonderful listening to Mr Agyeman than listening Mr Anokye version of Ashanteman his which he study from Nkrumah’s ideological institute at Wenniba which was a brainwashed to divert Ashanteman history to just a common Ghana history to equal other tribes. Even listen to his history about Dagomba and Ashanteman, you could see that is how he was thought at Wenniba to fabricate it differently. Because Dagomba was part of Ashanteman before the coming of the British long ago but he was referring everything under the coming of the British like most of his stories about Gold Coast is always referred to his Nkrumah’s Ghana

In regards to what the Ga people did. I was say it’s too bad. Practicing ones culture in your land does go against your own or neither does it subdue your own. Ashantis will never do this to any chief or cultural practice in Ashanti Region by any tribe or ethnic group in Ghana. So to me this is purely hatred to the Ashantis as people. This is so sad and i don’t know why Ashantis are treated this way.

Leave Bonos' & Dagombas alone. They are not under anyone except the constitution of Ghana. Asante is also under the constitution of Ghana.
Every tribe has its own history. If u want real history, go to the palace of the main tribe and u will know it.
