Hi Sean, I'm the artist who sculpted and molded that "baby Jason" maquette. I did a lot of work on F vs J for Bill T. I always wondered if the mold still existed. I had a silicone copy of it myself, but sadly it disintegrated from being overly plasticized! Turned to mush. 😢 Anyway, really enjoy your channel and podcasts!
Hi dude, you seem to know about art as you did sculpts. I have a copy of jasons dead eye from the movie, how would I go about making some copies of it? I've watched some videos but can't get my head around how to make a copy?
Should have said this sooner but you are beyond a huge inspiration to so many in the horror community. Growing up watching horrors hallowed grounds so many years ago just always brought me some of the happiest moments of my life. Always awesome seeing you at cons (I was a ghost face in the crowd who said hello as you starred into the abyss of my soul at Spookala haha). Love your content and keep up the amazing work you do for this community.
At one point you mentioned that no kids watch your show. Im afraid that is simply incorrect. I am 16 years old and love your channel so much. Youre one hell of an inspiration
I’ve had one of those days that’s sucked all ass, So to get home, pour a drink, relax and have a new Sean vid to watch… I may just put off jumping in front of a train till next week
Dude!! You summed up having a collection that “just makes you feel good” I totally agree! I have a vast collection of horror movie posters. They line every inch of my art studio! They make ME feel good! Thanks for letting people know about guilty pleasures being pleasures none the less!!
Kevin Yagher's work is sublime, my fave version of Freddy. Also, makes me happy to see the Trick or Treat poster back there, love that film. Still listen to the soundtrack, still got the vinyl too :)
That Freddy prop ear mold is probably from the scene where the girl rips Freddy's ear off in the dreamworld & then brings it back into the real world, then the ear turns to maggots.
Out of all the Freddy gloves that was ever made, I love the New Nightmare main glove the most. I hope that one day I’ll be able to own a replica or a custom of that glove.
The thing that blew my mind the most in this video was seeing those minature pink bubblegum albums! I live in England and I had that Gary Numan one back in the early 80s! (Always remembered it, but this is the first time i've seen one again).
12:46 I believe Ken had the face appliance on during the scene where Jason is in the van drowning in his sleep and Kelly has to give him mouth-to-mouth. You can definitely see his teeth/chin area.
You were in full “get off my lawn” talking about WHY you collect. More power to you, bro. You like what you like and that’s all that matters. How do you ensure the foam and silicone and latex etc on your makeup appliances and molds deteriorate as slowly as possible? Has Chris given you guidance on preserving the collection?
I met Sean briefly at Scarefest 2024 in passing on that Saturday and then seen him at Lillards whiskey tastimg event. Nice guy. Love your appreciation for the genre. Looking forward to seeing you in an environment to get an autograph one day.
You're still young at heart Sean, you are always a young man. Let alone seeing all your collectibles, props etc. you are a big kid at heart! Yes, adult responsibility as you get old, but its part of life. Enjoy what you do with your channel and also the collectible you enjoy and collect that's all it matters. :)
That's exactly why I collecte too ! I have a Wolverine 18" toy I had got for Christmas when I was 8 years old im 43 now . I found one never opened original package great condition and I look at it and tear up remembering how amazed I was and happy. Your collection is fantastic!
Awesome collection, I met you at Flashback Weekend and asked about F13 filming locations! It was amazing to meet you, I was so nervous and shocked!! I can't wait to get accurate Jason masks but someday I will! I hope I can meet Robert Englund soon!!
Dude, memory unlocked. I completely forgot about that mickey mouse night light. I can remember staring at that every night after my mom tucked me into bed.
Such an exciting episode. I remember as a kid I had a small bust of Freddy with his glove. When the light hit it right at night a full size shadow would be in the wall and it scared the crap out of me hahaha
It's nice to keep the things you like around. I've got Bat-Suit, Scream Bedding, Ghostface Costume and a little Ghostface. I've even got some Scooby-Doo goodies. Your stuff is awesome, Sean.
I love this! Nightmare on Elm Street was one of the first horror movies I saw back in the VHS days. My dad rented it without my mom knowing and I was a fan ever since. AMAZING collection
This has been your best episode yet! I too have a "room" like that and it simply brings me sheer joy every time I step inside it. Love the old retro Halloween make-up, Freddy toys, and the night light. So cool to be able to be part of this community. I remember back in the old days when you were running Silver Shampaign, I found you on My Space and I couldn't believe there was someone else out there who liked the same shit that I did. References to Halloween, John Carpenter, Funhouse, etc. were all over your page back then. Keep it up!
If Brian actually does kill you, I call dibs on the Mickey night light! Always love watching these and it always ends with me wanting much much more. Well done again. Super underrated channel
That's deep and so true, anytime I acquire something that I had or more likely wanted badly but never got as a kid it makes me happy it's healing my inner child little by little & I'm sorry I waited so long to start a collection because I used to care what people think now I'm doing what makes me feel good and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that it's obvious you've put a ton of effort into your hobby and that is commendable it's an amazing collection
Look forward to these videos constantly! Thanks for sharing Sean. I think I can speak for most of us fans in the horror community that we appreciate what you do for us.
Sean, I can not thank you enough for the content that you provide for horror/movie fans about filming locations. My last comment relating to this video was not what I wanted. I’m very sorry. My degree is in journalism, and I’ve been collecting movies for over 15 years since college. As a collector, I very much appreciate what you do to keep interests in movies going. I still remember my mom taking me to a West Coast Video store in 1992 in South Jersey and loving the life size cardboard cutout of Freddy Krueger. I’ve always wanted that. So far, no luck. Thanks again for the great content.
Your collection is incredible and impressive. I'd love to see a full, deep dive into everything horror you have, not just F and J. I love them, but you have so much more that needs to be seen and talked about.
I used to have that same Disney nightlight! I stared at it every night, going to sleep. One night I kept crossing my eyes and fell asleep, and in the morning my eyes were matted shut. I remember screaming, thinking I was blind. My mom had to use a wet towel to get my eyes open again, very weird experience....
Awesome stuff Sean and thanks for sharing it with us all! Great pieces of Horror movie history and in great condition for how old some of your pieces are. 👍
Great Nightmare and 13th figures/real props collection there, Sean! Thanks for showing it. I remember spotting McFarlane's Army of Darkness Ash figure in EB Games way back when it first released and buying it to collect. Cool how these horror themed figures have progressed since then.
McFarlane movie maniacs I remembered the first time I ever seen them. They were in Walmart in the toy section Freddy, Krueger, Jason and Leatherface. It was the beginning of my collection. McFarlane changed the game. Because of that today we have all these other cool figures. And because of him I make figures for a living 🙏🏻 thank you McFarlane for paving the way . And thank you for the great video.
I read Ted White's book on your recommendation, what a fascinating career he had. I wish you had a museum so we could come look at your collection in person.
Hey Sean! I believe the lone ear cast of Freddy's ear is from the scene where Monica Keena has fallen asleep while her friends are discussing what to do. That must be the ear she pulled out of her dream when they realized she had nodded out. Really boss episode!!
Noticed that right away. It's actually a mini record album of chewing gum made to look like original album covers. They are called chu bops, remember seeing them in the 80's
I love watching your videos. You have so many items. It's fun seeing them and enjoying the memories they bring me. A lot of the toys I remember seeing back in the day but unfortunately I never owned them. You are definitely an inspiration for collectors. I am one of the older viewers, 56, good grief where does the time go? I'm hoping to possibly see you at Flashback Weekend this year. It's always a good day when Sean posts an episode of The Collection.

So pleased to finally see some of the movie maniacs collection. Could be its own video😅
Coincidentally, I believe the clip you used for the "freddy's back" piece - is where those blisters you haven't identified are from.
