We have been fortunate enough to visit graceland, the feeling in and around the place is unbelievable, the wairua is serene, inviting and calming and you can feel his presence throughout. He was absolutely one of kind who shared his talent with the world. Music today comes and goes and seldom makes it through to the next generation. Real music has a way of carving a deep path from one generation to the next and into the future. The man and the music will live on forever. Thank you for the memories and the beautiful music. Thank you to his family who gave up soooo much of their family time so that we (the rest of the world) could be part of his life. Over the past 50-something years, I don't ever recall seeing any funeral procession receive this amount of attention or reverence. Not only did the Police Officers salute the hearse, but notice all the people lining the streets and all the cars and trucks at a standstill on the highway. Incredible. It speaks volumes to the amazing impact Elvis had on humanity. Though Elvis was _in_ this world, I don't believe he was _of_ this world. He was extraordinary.

Over the past 50-something years, I don't ever recall seeing any funeral procession receive this amount of attention or reverence. Not only did the Police Officers salute the hearse, but notice all the people lining the streets and all the cars and trucks at a standstill on the highway. Incredible. It speaks volumes to the amazing impact Elvis had on humanity. Though Elvis was _in_ this world, I don't believe he was _of_ this world. He was extraordinary.
