I laugh at the fact that I'm doing ridiculous things to distract myself from laughing. It's chaos. I've laughed at funerals, meetings but they all thought I was just being a kid. Now I'm older and I just hope it doesn't mess up my life
Yess!! At school my teacher was get all of us in a class into groups and we had to plan about a topic we were given and we had to talk about it. We had to practice and rehearse. When it came to videoing the conversations it was our group and I remembered something really funny my friend said! I tried to keep my laughter in but i just burst out laughing!!
this happened to me when this couple were doing a singing duet with a guitar. It was so bad that I almost began to cry from suppressing my laughter. Strangely enough it was only my roommate and i who were having this struggle
Haha same sort of thing happened at this one Mexican restaurant and the guy with the guitar came and sang at our table and me and my sister literally died of laughter 😂
As someone who is naturally sarcastic, a jokester, and uses laughter to cope with hardships, I find this hard to not do. I always laugh in inappropriate situations and I can make a joke out of literally anything. Lmao it's hard struggling with this, especially since some people take it personally and don't know that it's just the way I am.

I kept playing the fact that he spelled it wrong over and over in my head and was trying so hard not to laugh, but after holding it in so long, it was like my mouth was filled to capacity and I just went "PFFFFFTTT!" really loud then started dying of laughter. The other students laughed too, but the teacher was upset and the boy looked embarrassed. I felt bad and still do feel bad, but I just couldn't hold it in lol.

Am I a terrible person if I say I am kind of scared of bursting out in laughter??? It's weird and I know this is a serious speech. The moment something awful occurs in a movie, my first reaction, unless I'm really invested in the character, is to laugh like a hyena on crack. This usually only occurs when I'm alone, cause my friends don't really watch horror, but I find myself questioning my sanity as a result. I think it's just a coping mechanism though, albeit an annoying one when you have to do something big like what you described. I don't know how much wiggle room you have to add some humor to your presentation, but it might help to insert some, that way if you chuckle people won't take offense 😅 that's what they try to do at funerals anyway lol. I was laughing like I was out of control, but I think that hurt my dad's feelings in a way even though he won't show it and I feel terrible about it. I'm a kid, and I don't wanna be one of those kids who ignore adults feelings because I know we all have them. I don't know how to apologize because I don't want to bring it up, especially since he hasn't said anything about it, but I want to be kinder to my dad and I never wanna laugh about something like that again. I love my dad, I don't want him to feel less than he is.
