Tom: I just want you to know how you have influenced me. You see: I have Stege 3 Osteoarthritis and Stage 2 Osteoarthritis and was in a significant amount of pain. I was going to give up and have knee replacements, but I tried your channel and now I am able to do all of these and my hamstrings, quads, calves, IT band has SIGNIFICANTLY loosened up!My knees have gotten significantly better as well and I will be able to have the recline hero pose. You, Saturnomovement, and Strength Side is like the Holy Grails for me, and you all have greatly increased my self-esteem in myself! I Thank you so much for being there! Namaste! P.S. Yes, I am posting on all of the channels that have helped me.
Jesus Is with you He is not against you and He will make a way. Put your trust in Him He loves you so very much. Turn away from all evil and live for Christ He is coming soon. You are amazing now spread His gospel. You have a very compassionate heart give Him all glory and honor.❤️✝️Praise Jesus through all situations.
Thank you, Tom. I’ve been a dancer all of my life - including professionally. The last few years I’ve been unlearning and undoing a lot of stored tension in my body. Your videos have helped me release a decade of chronic pain I was beginning to think would always be there. It feels miraculous. God bless you infinitely and all of the work you are doing. Thank you for taking time to create these videos and teaching me mobility. ♥️
I always had pride on thinking I’m fine, I can do these things on my own, create a flow, workout routine in my own and never wanted to give into someone else’s guidance. I just did this routine and it was motivating and amazing. I feel great. I will continue to do this routine and many others you have as I love your content and videos. Thank you for helping me realize that it’s okay to have help and guidance. ❤️
Tom I have been following your hip and hamstring mobility/flexibility routines (and others) for about 2 years now. I love your relaxing style and music you usually put to your videos. Just my personal opinion, these new videos are moving in the opposite direction as far as look and feel. This setting is much more cold and isolated feeling, and the audio from your mic is an added reminder. All your past routines felt warm and open, and your audio sounded like you were there with us. Just thoughts as you continue to work and grow at it.
Hello! Just want to thank you for these helpful videos. I’ve had hip and glute pain for a while (about 3 months). After two days of doing this routine, I BARELY FEEL ANYTHING. I woke up today confused because there was no pain just tightness from my sleep. I feel amazing and appreciate your guidance. Thank you❤.
Thanks for yet another great video. Another updated Runner Post Run routine would be greatly appreciated. Hammys, glutes and calves always needing love
Cool stretching exercises. If you can do them of course haha. I am still fat that these are like doing gymnastics for me. But my goal is to be fit by end of the summer, so I can do stuff like this. I am so serious that I even got personal trainer and personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet.
Its all about getting your body used to the movements. Even if you think your fat, youre body can do it. Go easy go slow. You'll adapt over time and (most likely) lose weight in the process!
I've been battling this weird eating disorder coupled with depression so I've been slacking off for a while now. Trying to get back into the groove and this immediately made me feels o much better
Tom you are a god send I’ve been doing your routines mixed with some yoga for 5 months now and my mobility has come on in leaps and bounds thank you so much for your expertise
I really like these hip mobility stuff because it helps A LOT with my sciatica pain. Sometimes, though, I do wish there was like a top view camera cuz it is confusing sometimes.
Hi Tom thankyou so much for these videos. My second one so far... and must say am enjoying the after effects already. My husband also tried the first one and had a positive outcome and I will recommend this to him too. God bless you.
I currently am in my early 20s and I have been having hip pain (due to sitting a lot and not exercising) I’ll do this every single day for about a month and see how the results are and get back to you guys!
Thank you, I really liked this! However, when doing the leg extensions at 14:00 my knees go through a horrible tearing sound (without pain or discomfort) and it really concerns me. Any words or advise on how to treat grinding in the knees?
Go and speak to a physio, if not pain, usually fine, but if you’re worried about it, Go and see a professional, Guidance and coaching is always best than online looking for solutions to concerns ,
IS THIS THE VERSION? I watched your V1 version like over 50 times, V2 I didn't like it as much, but the music vibes from V1 sounds like your taking it back to the past!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Tom for everything that you do, you really unfuked my hips!
V3 is the new V1 and best part is you showed me a ton of new moves, to the point i can dance between V1 and V3 (maybe give V2 another shot but it was my least fav version so far) . Man Tom don't ever stop doing what you doing, this routine always gets me in the mood to do squats as it has helped me immensely. If there's a video i watch the most of your series its this one so thank you!!!
Always love to see a new follow along! Is there any chance you could do a wrist/hand/forearm focused follow along? And/or an updated climbing follow along?
I’ve a hip labral tear for a number of years now with limited mobility in that hip! Would you recommend these routines? I know you may not know the proper answer but worth asking !
thanks Tom I really appreciate thos follow along routines. I've been suffering lower back pain could you do some follow along routine for that zone? I've already seen the QL Stretch video but this kind of videos is easier to follow :D. Thanks for your content!
This routine felt soooo good on my body :D the last few days have been very intense in terms of job and training, that said when doing this routine I started feeling my body way looser and relaxed... Thanks again, Tom
Remedial recommendations. Especially the first switching side to side, super tight hip flexors and internal rotation. Then the kneeling on feet and leaning back, impossible. How to modify or do easier version?
Love the videos Tom, they are really helping my hips. I struggle to do the kneeling ones due to a knee replacement and fused ankle so have to have support behind me to lean back on
Guys pay attention on the hips with calisthenics. Just today I got an injury training straddle planche and straddle front lever after intense legs workout and stretching in the past two days
To what degree would this routine help with lower-back pain associated with Anterior Pelvic Tilt? Is there a more appropriate Follow-Along Routine for ATP pain? (In the stretch where you're sitting on your legs and leaning back on your elbows & thrusting upward-I cannot even get to parallel, extremely tight.)
This is great, really helps. I've liked other of your routines (particularly the running and climbing ones) but could you do one focused on crossfit? Something shorter that could be used daily. Thanks!
Great routine Tom! I followed along and completed the full stretch routine. That one hip stretch with the headlights on your butt thing was one stretch I felt tightness on my hips, to the point of cramping. I'll definitely have to work on that one.👍
Thanks Tom, you videos have been great for keeping my mobile aged41 and competing in Hyrox…. I’m after some mobility work for deep gluts - triggered by all the sled and posterior chain demand Hyrox places on you… what would you recommend? Or even a hyrox specific mobility workout given the demands? Thanks in advance buddy
Hi Tom. Great advice, as usual - thanks. I'd be interested in a video specifically on sitting crossed legged on the floor (i.e. something similar to lotus postion, though not so intense.) I can't sit cross-legged. When I try, my knees are up around my ears, and it's a full-body strain. There are other videos out there on youtube - particularly from yoga people - but I've seen some horror stories from others who've tried to improve their lotus without the correct advice and have permanently damaged their knees. Would welcome your insights. Cheers,
There is a beginner routine in this channel, you can start from there. But don't worry if you can't perform some of the movements at the full range of motion, just do what you can it will improve if you stick with it.
Something! Have a go at a few routines and see what you enjoy. Stay consistent and you will make progress. It will become clearer where you need to work on as your get more flexible
First tell yourself that it is okay and you are loved by God and you can only do things with his help and mercy, then pray, meditate on it then move your small finger into an action. 💘
After years of bodybuilding I’ve been trying to regain my hip mobility/flexibility as it has caused an issue with my right knee. The exercise you instruct at around @11:30 i find quite difficult. When I am in this position, my left quad feels an incredible stretch, however, my right quad feels absolutely nothing… would this be due to a rotational issue with my hip?
After searching for a You Tube tutorial on stretching and yoga, yours seems like the only legitimate one. Thank you for not being in a jock strap or a pair of sheer briefs. These seem like tutorials I can actually benefit from.

Yes Tom is FANTASTIC…and strength side. Hits the parts even yoga doesn’t reach…still love yoga…I feel like I see my capabilities.
cheers mate! Any idea what videos helped the most with your IT band?
@@hckyplaya87 massaging the IT band with a foam roller, stretching the hamstrings and glutes and quads
Thank you, Tom.

Thank you, I've been using your stretch routine video from 4 years ago before I skate everyday and now you uploaded this. Much appreciated.
I always had pride on thinking I’m fine, I can do these things on my own, create a flow, workout routine in my own and never wanted to give into someone else’s guidance.

Thanks

Loved this routine, thanks very much
Thanks, easy to follow along, very succinct w/out excess instructions. Perfect.
These mobility videos are fantastic! I am a rowing coach for high school athletes. Could you make a stretching video for rowers?
Honestly Tom this routine had some surprises for me. Good job.
A lotus pose progression/flexibility video would be AWESOME!!
благо дарю ☀️
I really like these hip mobility stuff because it helps A LOT with my sciatica pain. Sometimes, though, I do wish there was like a top view camera cuz it is confusing sometimes.
I love this routine. Do you have one for beginners?
love your follow along videos
Great video. More of these ones please!
Great vid Tom.
Big fan of your channel! For me flexibility is not the goal, but mobility too. So developées in dance; how important is hip flexibility?
How did you know I needed this ??? My right hip is clicking these days and feels uncomfortable. Will definitely give this routine a try.
Hi Tom thankyou so much for these videos. My second one so far... and must say am enjoying the after effects already. My husband also tried the first one and had a positive outcome and I will recommend this to him too. God bless you.
Fixed my pain while walking, thank you!
Whattttt. I've been doing V1 and V2 for years. Gassed to add another one!
I currently am in my early 20s and I have been having hip pain (due to sitting a lot and not exercising) I’ll do this every single day for about a month and see how the results are and get back to you guys!
Can't thank this channel enough! Great one Tom
I really needed that. Thank you. I will definitely do that again.
Amazing content as always!
Good work, Tom
As usual, I feel so much better after doing your videos
Fantastic routine, Tom. I will build this into my stretching, particularly after tennis.
Can you do a good stretching routine for basketball players?? Love your videos!!
Is it possible to have a video focusing on quads? Finding them to be unreasonably hard to stretch and have flexible
Love this hip videos, they're such a help. Cheers Tom.
Your videos has really helped me alot, thanks!

Can we get a hip flexor strengthening routine too?
Always love to see a new follow along!

So effective that never before
Remedial recommendations. Especially the first switching side to side, super tight hip flexors and internal rotation. Then the kneeling on feet and leaning back, impossible. How to modify or do easier version?
Could you do a big bendy 5 follow along series? Breaking down each one into a tastey follow along.
thanks Tom, would love a tennis elbow follow along, also a bridge/low bridge strength & mobility video
Love the videos Tom, they are really helping my hips. I struggle to do the kneeling ones due to a knee replacement and fused ankle so have to have support behind me to lean back on
Hi,can this routine be use as a 3x per week stretch for oversplit and split please?
Hey Tom, saw the video was new and had few comments just wanted to tell you how much of a help you are and how much your advice helps. Thanks a lot
A follow along or Routine to improve Butterfly (knees more to ground) would be great! Im struggling and cant get any progress

Wow that las one got me. My right hip is much tighter than my left. Could really feel it. Thanks!
This routine hit everywhere I have mobility issues
Just did it. Love it! Thanks a lot 😄
Thank you for the video!
Will this help with getting strong enough to do bodyweight squats?

Love these mobility videos of yours! Please do more of theese! For all the body parts! :)))
Just discovered and really enjoying your channel - thank you! Longer stretch routines >30 greatly appreciated :-)
Please make more of these follow along and perhaps a new version of the front splits! 😊
What is your suggestion to start regaining mobility after 2 years of doing absolutely NOTHING?
I would start with some squats, try to go deeper each week until you can do the Asian squat. Also, some forward fold hamstring stretches.
There is a beginner routine in this channel, you can start from there. But don't worry if you can't perform some of the movements at the full range of motion, just do what you can it will improve if you stick with it.

I’m a runner, but struggle with my hamstrings and not being able to do that second to last stretch. I just feel like I can’t stretch any further.
This is so good, Thank you!!
Would this routine help with hip bursitis or would you recommend another? tia
Excellent
this is great..how do i stop my toes and feet cramping?
Love your stuff man
Legend! Thanks mate!
Thanks!
Thank, that's exactly what I needed!
Does this also applies to martial arts?
HYPERLORDOSIS please give exercise for this condition and how to correct the spine
very cool!
