Nah mage is op this Season but in the sale Time easy to counter them with new MR items .just try to not go full AP team (max 2 mage)

some plays like the morgana one 1:11 you didn't need to use those auto attacks just the Q R and the flame of red would kill her, otherwise you spend to much time using those autos ;)) because R of lux explodes the stack of the passive.
