Very helpful information, thank you! Still on the fence about relocating to Indy area from Illinois. Yeah, should be a no-brainer, but have some other factors to consider before I sell my home here. Would build new there.
I completely understand! Building new here is an excellent idea as the market is on fire! Building new can take 6-8 (unless you purchase a spec home) so reach out if I can help with that planning in anyway. Happy Holidays to you KathyAnn!
@@mindfullymellow2323 the Northside has excellent school systems, it is top choice for many. I know you many still be considering the move to Indy. Simply wanted you to know, I am here when you are ready!
@@indianapolisliving1943 -thank you for reaching out. My kids are 20-somethings, but I do always want to live in a decent school district. Still not quite ready to make the leap.
Hi, do you have any tips on the best builders in Indy if building new? Trying to decide whether to buy or build (first home) and not having much luck seeing what’s available on the market currently.
Absolutely! I just had a great conversation with the chief exec of Builders Association of Indianapolis about current trends in new construction. Like anything in real estate there are many variables to consider so it would help me to get a better understanding of your complete situation (area of Indy that you want to buy in, budget, what is important to you in your new home) Any chance we could connect via Zoom so I can give you my tips? Personally given the low inventory, crazy competition and rising prices - I think buying new construction is a really good idea. text 315-430-4165 (old cell number from NY) or email me gillian@highgarden.com. I would love to help you with my knowledge.
Great update! Hope to see more from you!
