For anyone wondering about pit design and features, they can be found in the link in the description (no need to sign up and no need to pay) for the unlocked Patreon videos. This includes a 2 hour zoom call with the builder as well as other videos and photos that show the design. The pit walk-through will be a future video that is posted on UA-cam. Lastly the number to text is the customer service team. Landing page on the website will be finished up in the coming days.

Only been following for about 2 months, and I have consumed hours of your video content. Feels weird to say I'm happy for you, but I am lol. Congrats! I would love to see a new beginning-to-end brisket cook (trimming, seasoning, cooking, wrapping, rest). I only say this because you've accumulated much knowledge over the years. My second smoker was a cheap offset. Loved it but was just really cheap and didn't produce very good results, although i loved cooking on it. Have been smoking on a WSM 22" for a while. If i ever go back to offset, which i hope to someday, this pit looks legit! Perfect size for backyard too.

I don’t even know what kind of wood to cook with. In the Midwest we don’t have a lot of oak trees. It’s ash tree, green/red maple trees, cottonwood, some of that wood really stinks when it’s burned. A lot of the gas stations and grocery stores sell wood bundles. I should see what they are. I know we have apple trees and pear trees, but those are a few and far in between.

Having been a devoted Traeger+ user for years, I was hesitant to switch to any other brand. However, after using Asmoke, my grilling experience completely transformed. The precision temperature control is a game changer, and the ability to monitor food temperature remotely is a feature I never knew I needed till I had it. The variety of wood pellet flavors is amazing and has significantly enhanced the taste of my smoked brisket. Also, the portability and the battery-powered feature of Asmoke is a major upgrade, making it perfect for outings. It's lightweight yet doesn't compromise on the cooking capacity. The fact that it's environmentally friendly and reduces waste is just the cherry on top. Can't wait for my next cookout with Asmoke. #Asmoke
