I'd never seen, or thought of, that approach to setting up the armbar before. What a great sport MMA is! You can watch it, learn it, talk about it for the best part of 15 years yet still be gaining new moves and techniques. Keep the videos coming, my friend :)

Ill have to hit up the professor for another variation I saw that night that ive never hit in sparring,but would certainly like to attempt-once he shows me:)!!We have an agreement.He shows me a move,and wont use it on me as I have a wife and children to go home to:))
