I worked for a decent owner operator who gave us 30 percent of the truck when we ran. He was tough but fair, ran very good equipment and customer service is what made him his money, he said. They are out there ya just gotta find them.
Just imagine trying to run a towing company with employees and actually try to give them a fair wage of today's wages of 32 per hour, 401k match, 2 weeks vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays and bonuses, will never happen in the towing industry most towing owners are Crooks and shouldn't be allowed to hire anybody
