I couldn't understand the solution of the question 1 mn=k is given are we treating mn as a product of two different digits m and n Or are we treating mn as a whole number in the form of 10m+n Cause if we take mn as product of two different digits where one of them is even then 'k' can be even If we take mn as 10m + n Then k can't be even If we take m=2 In solution we took mn as 10m+n in the expression mn-n+1 My question is can solve the question by taking the statement number 2 Which states that one of the numbers is 2 (which means the other number can also be 2) So m=n=2 then mn-n+1 will be equal to 3 And the answer to the question will be option number 1
