Last time I hit up Seattle my buddy took me to a bunch of PNW specific things that don't get covered a lot - gas station deep fried gizzards + catfish, pull-tab gambling at the bars, plus the fishing & crabbing. Might be something cool you guys or Fungs bros can highlight
When you hear that loud crunch of the fried catfish at your lunch, you know: Its going to be a good day 😋

The female attendant was wonderful with her explanation on the proper way to eat the Catfish entree. Great job adding that specific portion of video. I usually eat the fish by itself. Thanks for being so entertaining, and I love the ease of explanation that accompanies the presentation of your videos.

Ong Choy is known as Kangkung or Kangkong in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Brunei. The snails here reminded me of childhood dishes I had in East Malaysia!
Base on what you guys said, i guess this restaurant serves Southern Vietnamese food (Thit Kho Tieu, Sweet Canh Chua, Ong Choy Salad). Might be the best restaurant i’ve ever watched cause i love Southern Food (tastes richer and sweeter and has more unique herbs)

Technique..pshh but dis food looks bomb non the less. Cut the scallions at a tight diagonal (or if you wanna get real fancy segment them and cut north to south in thin strips) and put it in cool water with ice to make it curl.
