Awesome informative video! Thank you Joel & peer review team for creating this resource. Beginning in 2024, the '76 Pro Line consumer (UN0336) items are being rebranded as '76 Show Series, and all '76 Pro Line products will be strictly Pro Use Only (UN0431/UN0432) to avoid confusion particularly in retail settings.
I shoot a lot of this stuff already (Raccoon really impressed me this year), but I am still going to watch your video, as you are a great presenter and an all-around entertaining guy. Will share with my pyro bros.
Great video Joel! Always good to see more good safety, setup, and proline information out there! I am sure this video take a really long time BUT I am glad you took the time to put it together! Great job! And ProLine is getting so much visibility and people wanting to get it.
Thanks my friend! Exactly, it's becoming more readily available from so many manufacturers that education is important. It's no longer two major players producing the product.
Thank you for this! This is exactly what the community needs. More info on safety and tips from experienced people. I would love to see more information out there 😊 I think it’s a shame most of us hobbyist are still fusing cakes together. Linked cakes are much safer and firing systems are not out of reach due to cost 💲
Keep it up Joel. This is great off season info we need. Maybe even talk about the different firing systems that can be used with 1.4pro. And type the demos before it gets to cold out there.
@@JoelRobinsonPyrotechnics that's an awesome idea. I got so ideas to help. Budget shoots. Ie how much you want to spend on a show. Ie local on online sales. Getting a firing system. Cobra offers packages and there ignite system. How to get started in to buying a firing system. Price ranges and so forth. How to use and understand the firing system you buy. And much more. Keep up the good work though.
AWF showed this at my PGI shooter course a few months ago. I had watched it a couple times previously but it proves how informative this video is. Very well done!
Absolutely amazing job done on this video! Great source of information for someone interested or wanting to get into this line of fireworks. I highly recommend this video.
Thank you for this. Very timely as i just got my certification for 1.4 Pro. Still debating which firing system to get but leaning towards Ignite 36 for the simplicity.
@4:45 be careful packing slices jammed together like that. If your slice only has a fuse, there's good chance it will get torn or blasted off by neighboring slices. I put 1/8" sheets of hardboard between them as baffles to prevent that from happening.
Hi i took my display certification class back in October, i have one question. Is there a way to chain the single shot shells that only have an E-port?
@JoelRobinsonPyrotechnics Reliable Sources I can't blame them for wanting to reclassify these items. Several contain salutes, which can hurt someone badly. For example, cakes malfunction at timed with blowouts. Could you imagine this happening in a small neighborhood? With cakes, which contain salutes?
With the recent update, this is currently inaccurate. These items are not being reclassified as 1.3g. They are currently 1.4UN0431 with new EX numbers halted for the moment. If you didn't get this information from a real reliable source, probably best to not share it.
@MrPyroguru So can you provide anything else? Because the update just a week ago only mentioned that definitions would be decided by 2027 and that the only change was UN0336"for professionals only" was going away and it would remain as UN0431 with no new EX numbers for now. That's it. No change to 1.3.

Where can I get my JR 1.4pro certification ? or is it 1.4s ? did they do away with articles UNO431 ?
@@anthonysrepublic7104 Thanks man, I appreciate that!

I loved all the Raccoon Pro this year too! Thanks man, all the support is always appreciated!
Nice job Joel on explaining that. Surprised no one else made a video 👍
I have lol. I'm doing a whole in depth series on each item.
Thank you for the support!
That is awesome to hear! The more videos on there on topics like this, the better.
Absolutely gorgeous video! Thank you 🙏

Thanks as always brother!
Great video Joel. Them craigco racks are sweet i gotta get one. It will take out alot of guessing for angles.
I cannot recommend them enough! Huge improvement to show setup and overall show quality.
Excellent video, very informative. I hope to get a Cobra soon so I can get certified and start using that kind of stuff.
Thank you! You'll love getting a firing system and what that can allow you to do. It's a game changer for sure.

Thanks for watching! You'll like the Ignite system. I did a whole video tutorial on it when it first came out. ua-cam.com/video/dmSGeGnRpYw/v-deo.html
Now i know the difference between "pro line"(1.4g) & "consumer fireworks"(1.4g). Thanks! pyro fan here btw 🎇🎆💥💥💥
I'm happy to hear that! Cheers pyro fan haha
Great video Joel like I go through step-by-step, safety, etc. for certain people might not know always safety 1st brother ✌️
Exactly! Thanks for watching my guy
Great video, very informative. Nice guide, thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great video I just got my pro line certification 3 months ago and I love the products
That's what we love to hear! If it weren't for the pro line items, my shows would be way less fun and I'd be doing less consumer fireworks for sure.
Watched this at the recent AWF course. Thanks for all the great information and presentation.
That's awesome to hear! Thanks for coming back and watching again too
Thank You Joel I will be adding this video to all my classes
great material! If you ever come to kansas city, id love to meet up and say thank you!
Thank you! I normally visit KC a few times a year. I have close family in the area.
Awesome video joel! I've learned so much from you and all of your videos! Thank you and keep it up!
Thank you so much! I'm glad to hear the content has been helpful and enjoyable. Pyro on!
Thanks for the very informational video! Well done and safety conscious! Will be sharing often. 😉
I am very happy to hear that! Hopefully, we can continue the trend and get more great content out there.
Where was this two years ago when I needed it, Joel! Jk… Excellent video! 👏🏻
Haha! Right? I could have used something like this a few years back myself
Great job

Do you know what brand of slice you had that only had a fuse? All of the slice cakes I have used had e-ports or quick match with e-ports.
Yo Joel 🔥 😊

You my friend, are a seasoned pyro!
most excellent!
Can you get 1.4 pro line stuff at 18? Or is it 21? With a certificate.
Nice intuitive informative explanation on the subject. Them ppl out west though🙄
Thank you! Yeah some of the videos I see, I just can't comprehend
Good video
Thanks!
Safety first.
So how do you light pro line items without electronic ignitor?
Some do a have fuse that you can light, but pro line items are meant to be electronically ignited.
This line of fireworks will now be reclassified as a Class B Display Firework.
Are you getting this information from somewhere, or speculating? This may happen in the future for sure, but as of now, we are still in the clear.

Abigale Divide
It's a good video, but the simple fact is that you have to join a PGI show to obtain this license to purchase these items.
