JUST A THEORY but I think garmadon was sent back in time just like the ninja did in season 11 so maybe garmadon is in the time when the forbidden 5 haven’t learned shatter spin yet and that’s who those kids are. They are the forbidden 5 if you look at the hats in the show you can see long ( looks like pink ) hair under neath.
Although I wish it was true garmadon asked them if they were the forbidden five but they said no

Overlord has an alibi. Ras met his master when he was a child and The Overlord was probably still on The Dark Island at the time. Not to mention Doc confirmed The Overlord was put back into a coma in Crystalized so it’s not him.
