Aye, ive seen youre reation to dr zarew. Now my question is if i ever end up to a nw level 5-6. Shuld i still get first a fut 4-6k grafts and later stick to fue by zarew(im from europe). Because if i do fut first i can use more from the best spot out of my donor like nearly 100% of targeted are is used. By fue even by zarew 50-60is maximun. So according to math. If i do a fut first 4-6k And later get on of those multiple fues. Didnt i get 2-3k more out of my donor since i did fut first? (Of corse hoping i get a tiny scar) Or could having a fut first somehow have a bad influnece on procedure by dr zarew? Due to alteration of graft angle with trycho closure technique?
@@kanalteriniger9967 If it were any other doctor, the strategy you said would merit some consideration. But if you can afford a wizard like Zarev, you’ll never top his approach and results.

Lets say Donor of 200cm^2 and average density of 80FU With only fue you get 8000grafts (50%of total grafts) But if you get a fut of 4k first it goes as fallowing. 16000k total available grafts -4k fut 12000k reamining grafts Then zarew like fue and get 6000fue grafts So combination fut and fue can give 10000grafts for example 2000k grafts more than fue alone. And 2k grafts can make up a diffrence.
@@kanalteriniger9967 my point is, you do FUT and you’ll immediately cut out Zarev as an option potentially. No one will have better donor management than him as he has a proprietary extraction tool that allows him to harvest more than the limits of others.

No, go straight the Zarev. I’m pretty sure Zarev doesn’t like operating on sloppy seconds.
