I have swollen lymph node from a month in under left arm of 22.8mm×11 mm reactive. some time pain till ribs but mostly not painful
After ultrasound i go to general medicine but he does not take notice and just given multivitamis and ask to visit after 2 months.
Is it serious

@@sumayafaisal6163 reactive lymph nodes are usually due to infections if true cut guided biopsy is done. So infection should be treated.

Needs to be investigated , why there is difficulty in swallowing. Take nexium20 mg x 2 times for 1 month

Yes it is completely curable if it is of early stage

Most probably it’s due to infection , however if it’s too big then just see your ENT surgeon do maxillofacial / neck CT and if suggested can go ultrasound guided biopsy

Avoid chemotherapy, cyberknife is free of cost best option if necessary.
Chemotherapy na kerwaein, AAP Cyberknife ka use kerain free of cost treatment hay, JPMC Karachi Aur GurkiTrust Lahore main yeh treatment moujood hay. Allah Pak Bachi Ko Shifaey Kamila Atta Fermaey. Aameen.
