They had very strange sounding ebells that were installed some time in the 1980s or 90s I believe. Some of the first ebells ever made. 6:17 Those wee all made by Con Cor Thanks! I've had N scale for about 15 years. I have quite a few more Superliners and Daylight cars, I just didn't include them in the video!

That is called a cab forward! They were locomotives built with the cab leading and the boiler trailing. They were designed like this to help keep the cab clear of smoke as they passed through the long tunnels on Donner Pass.
Great video there, I have an Amtrak N scale train set that I set up around the Christmas tree that I run during December. My set has the P42, a heritage baggage car & 7 phase 4 Superliner cars. N scale you can do a lot with in less space. I like the Southern Pacific Daylight steam locomotive number 4449, which is one of my 3 favorite steam locomotives, the others are the AC12 cab forward 4-8-8-2 that pulled many Southern Pacific trains through the Sierra Nevada mountains and also on the Shasta line and the Norfolk & Western’s J Class 4-8-4 number 611.
