@@MuthuKumar-ih8iy If you have competed the Data security model it will be easy for you .
For example if the record level security is Public , meaning all the records in the objects are visible to every one . so here the duplicates will be checked within all the records , if you create the record or duplicate is checked within all the records in the object.
if the record level security is Private then if you enable sharing rule the duplicated are checked to which you have access , but if you us meaning it will check w
