This was such a cute series. I really like the chemistry between the two and each of the characters was just a good person without any unnecessary drama. The one small criticism I had was that it was a bit unrealistic to think that too healthy and attractive young people could live together and be engaged for three years or more and not sleep together. Because they shared the apartment every day for about a year and then she went off abroad to study for two years and came back on occasion for visits, but there was zero bedroom activity. Even though they were engaged. 🤨

This title is inaccurate. I watched the entire series and there is no CEO nor a Cinderella. The FL is a neurosurgeon and the ML heads a special forces unit.
