I love how the dogs automatically become gentle around babies
Just as you wouldn't put guns in the presence of Children. Nor should you put these breeds next to children. Just as Human beings can turn, so can any animal. These parents should have their children taken off them by child protection agency, and these dogs should be kept fenced away from children.

Right? We had a 100 pound pitbull. He had never been around children but when a friend brought her baby over he automatically calmed down, did a slow belly crawl to her and just nuzzled and let her pet him. After that he was the most gentle boy around babies and kids. He loved being cuddled by little ones. There's nothing cuter than a dog loving on a baby or little kiddos. I can't wait for my pups to meet my son in October!

I love how humans trust their animals so much to introduce a new born baby human to them 💜 bring dogs up properly with plenty of love, care and socialisation with other dogs and different animals, and they will never go wrong. Trust me.

Dogs know by the smell of hormones, not just from the baby but also the mother. This scent mixed with animals being sensitive to emotions.... and that's why you see different reactions in the animals. Some are laid back and in ways mothering (covering the baby, cleaning the babies in their mind, offering there fav toy) and others are extremely protective! Mammals in general are extremely intelligent when it comes to offspring! I enjoy stuff like this, can't help but feel a warmth in your heart!!!!!!

Never ceases to amaze me how tender dogs are with babies. They are curious but at the same time they sense this is a helpless being that needs protection. I know there are other animals that make great pets, but for love and affection, it's dogs and there's no contest.

They aren't puppies or puppy-humans, or siblings. Just humans. And I at least, am not a dog parent. They are my darling pets whom I love immensely, but I did not give birth to any dogs, cats, or horses. I am NOT their parent.

My Grandma had a big mountain dog named Maggie. We used to dp everything together...when she layed down to chew on a stick, I would lay down next to her and chew the other end of the stick. When I was crying, she was, like, my first responder. She was a puppy when I was a baby. She was the one who inspired me to love animals so much. But, unfortunately, dogs can't live as long as humans.... When my Grandma moved, she had to give Maggie to her brother. She died a few years ago, but she was the best dog in the world. She lives on in my heart.

I remember when my daughter was born. I sent the little hat she had when she was born home with my husband. He said our dog slept with it all night. When we brought the baby home she was so excited she leaped into the air like when she was a puppy then spun around in a circle for about 10 minutes. The dog never got in the baby's face, instead she had a fascination with sniffing her little feet. The dog loved/loves my daughter and my daughter loves the dog.

Getting a pup during this pandemic can be so challenging, you can't go out and it's not just something you order online (so I used to think) until I met *@DOG.HEARTS* on Instagram, at first it was a little bit shady but when I received that pup on that early Sunday morning, my joy knew no bounds... Their dogs are home and potty trained.
