Trains at Lichfield Trent Valley. WCML/XCL. 17/12/2024.

Just over 2 hours spent filming my final video of 2024 here at Lichfield Trent Valley, the terminus for the Cross City Line upstairs with the West Coast Mainline passing downstairs, where we see plenty of services from Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, West Midlands Railway, Freight from DB Cargo UK, DRS, Freightliner and Network Rail and that beauty in the thumbnail courtesy of Locomotive Services.
Was very good here today. Plenty of gems turning up with a HST, 37, 90s and 2 68s. Should've had West Coast Rail sending some stuff through but that never happened unfortunately. Lichfield isn't as fun as it used to be for me. Definitely misses the 323s. As good as it was today, I'll be finding somewhere else to finish my years off. Will obviously still be returning here, probably for rush hours. I do still recommend it if you've never been before.
I'd like to thank each and every one of you for your support this year. In a personally difficult year, this channel has kept me happy and I'm forever grateful for the support that you lot give to it.
