    My friend, thereal beauty in Romania are not the towns, but across the country. There are so maniy points of interests, every zone, that can not be counted. From ancient ruins to natural mysteries. From natural reservation up to traditional lifestyle. Such variety is unique in the world. Try Romania one year and you will discover that for sure you would be needed anothe two at least.

    The city name is Brașov (Bra-shov). "Bra" is pronounced like...bra (the garment), and "shov' is pronounced like shod, but with a v.
    The second city was Sighișoara (See-gee-shoa-ra), which is the last medieval fortress-city in Europe.
    And the third was Alba Iulia (read as spelled).
    The.. Selina :) is Salina Turda, where Turda is the city and Salina means The Salt Mine. Salina is the generic, Latin-origin word.

    Romania is one of the countries where English is very well understood and spoken, according to an international map drawn up by Education First.
    Romania ranks 16th in Europe for English proficiency, better than countries such as France, Spain, Italy or Greece, and 20th in the world, reports local Digi24.

    Brașov / Brashov 🥰🥰🥰🥰 ALBA- IULIA ( i will try to translate ,but it' s not 100% Alb= White / Iulia = Julya😊😁) Salina Turda is a Salt Mine with the purest air in the world, if you have problems with your lungs you stay there some hours and you clean your lugs, that' s why you find thinks to do to pass the time while you stay and breath that air😁🥰

    They have visited only Transylvania , 1/3 of Romania. Ofyen i tell to tourist to get away from tourist route, and to try to visit some outskirts o cityes when you can find much cheaper beer or food. Romanian utskirt of cityes are much more safer than US Down Towns.

    Interesting video. I have been to Romania, about ten years ago. But only for five days (prolonged weekend). But I have visited Brasov and Ploetj.
    And of course Bran castle. Bram Stoker, who wrote Dracula, was never there
    If Vlad the impaler ever was there, noone knows. His castle is in the south western part of the country.

    Why most of the English speakers confuse the capital I (i) with L? Are their names and cities written with lowercase letters or is it the effect of reading/writing on phones and forgetting how to read names? Alba-Iulia. White-Julia. Simple. Not ALBA LULLA, lol.

    Bucharest is not a tourist spot. I say this to every foreigner.. the south of the country it's mostly industrial and for business, working and perhaps clubbing but you can do that in more great places in Romania. So , if you are going to visit for a short time, definately don't stay in Bucharest. Plus, the people are more friendly outside Bucharest tbh - Romanian

    • @alexandra9944
      @alexandra9944 Рік тому +7

      I think Bucharest is worth visiting for 1-2 days as well. That way you can get an accurate idea of the entire country. Transylvania does NOT represent the entire Romania. Things people can do in Bucharest: Visit the Palace of the Parliament (very impressive, 2nd largest building in the world and tells us a lot about those communist years), free walking tours (they walk tourists around the Old Town but not only, they tell them a lot about the history of the city + Vlad the Impaler who was the ruler of Muntenia/Wallachia actually and not Transylvania), there are some cool restaurants like Excalibur... the Romanian Peasant Museum and Village Museum in Herastrau Park is also fascinating. And for some water fun there is Therme

      No, the South-West (with the Iron Gates National Park, and others) & South-East (coastal side) are def tourist places. The 'middle South', which is a mainly agrarian and industrial part of the country (characterised by plains only, geographically), ofc isn't a big tourist site... - but I don't think you're going to find a country where every square-inch is touristic, let's be serious.
      Besides Transylvania, South-West, South-East & the capital ('middle South') - there is also *Moldova,* which has nice tourist areas. So Romania is definitely pretty diverse when it comes to touristic potential. Don't be under the impression that: "ah, it's Transylvania, 'the South' has nothing to see, and that's it for Romania"...
      And pls stop dissing the capital - which btw, has the best nightlife. Stop trying to compete with it on *everything,* cause it's not gonna work.
