Lots of businesses don't want people filming in there, lots of people don't want to be filmed. When people create full length feature films, they have to get permits for filming in certain locations, get permission and waivers signed from any businesses or extras that might end up in the movie. Why should people who post videos on public online forums be allowed to film whatever and whoever they want without consent? It's getting ridiculous.
it’s kind of giving gabbie hanna vibes … like calling everyone around you bullies because they don’t adhere to your entitled behaviour and making yourself the victim. it’s so laughable. also love your jumper/top angelika!!
Ikr 😭 if she were smart she wouldn't mention her age, in hopes that some people might assume she's a bit younger and cut her a bit more slack. The fact that she thinks it's reasonable and justified to act this way as a fully grown ass woman is so embarassing
What's worse I was watching this with my 14yr old, I'm 34, we both thought, why is a woman in her 40s acting like this? Then she dropped the, "I'm in my 30s" line. 🤐
as someone who would very much like to be able to go to a restaurant or cafe without worrying that i'm going to show up in the background of some stupid influencer's video, i appreciate business owners who establish those kinds of rules.
This! I’m a very private person. The only social media I have is Instagram and UA-cam. I would absolutely hate to be in the background in any video. The shop owners are very reasonable for allowing her even back in the store.
I stopped going to my local gym due to a fitness influencer filming there. I was filmed in the back of one of her videos, her followers left very upsetting comments about my body. I challenged her on it and asked that she blurs people in her videos, but was told to get lost and that it is her job. Not been back since.
same! I don’t even post pictures or videos of myself on my own social media anymore - I definitely don’t want to be in the background of anyone else’s video especially knowing the internet is forever
This lady is a menace to society! She’s giving her mother PTSD! If someone was abused, you bring stuff up like that it produces anxiety. She has no idea of what privacy is. What if that cashier at TJ Maxx has a stalker and they recognize that voice, then because of her video they can find her and hurt her. This lady needs to be booted from the entire internet
Even if her mom is responsible for her exes disappearance, based on what we know it would have probably been in self-defense. She literally doesn't care about charging this man or the fact shes retraumatizing her mom, she just knows she got ratioed with the coffee shop thing and knows she got views off it and is trying to recreate that high from the attention
if she was an actress, arguably a more respected profession than influencing, they’d still have an issue with her filming audition tapes and takes in the coffee shop. idk why she wants to be oppressed so baddd
so it’s not even that the owners might feel that way (which would be fine too), but if their regulars are not okay with it and they voiced concerns, they have to listen to their customers. ppl need to get that they are not entitled to film anywhere private!! so entitled to film anywhere
hi, barista here- first, it always gets me when people are like no one was there, like girl the workers are there, they see you and they don’t want you doing what you’re doing. also 180 dollars at ~6 dollars a coffee, if its on the cheaper side, evens out to about 30 coffees, which, sure is a lot of money. but thats like 15 coffees a month.
Everything about this situation is gross. The entitlement, the disrespect to everyone around her, the false narratives she pushes. I feel like I need to go wash the ick off of me now.
Riiight!!!?? And her stupid ssa would say we are jealous 😂😂😂😂 of what!? A loud ugly orange rude little waste of space? People can hate you for how you are and not be jealous 😂😂 shes so weird!! And not in a fun way! 😂😂
I don’t know how to describe this… but that woman peaked in high school, she was star of the softball team and bullied the theater kids. She only took art class because she had to, but made fun of everyone who actually enjoyed being creative. She wasn’t in the cool group but always wanted to be
This woman is a perfect example of the belief that all publicity is good publicity. Or that nosy family member you always groan when you have to interact with
Does she film anywhere else BUT this coffee shop? I mean, dang she’s basically using it as her personal studio. It seems like SO many influencers can’t seem to understand that most people don’t want their faces and voices posted all over the internet.
Im so sick of anyone who thinks they are so important that they need to film everything they do, everywhere they go and even worse is anyone who actually watches these insufferable people.
I do wonder, what kind of person watches this nonsense, enjoys it even... what goes thru their heads? What is it they get out of her content? Do they *really* condone her behavior? So weird.
Its always the loud (unhinged) minority that make the silent, (normal) majority look bad. That goes for most things, from religion, politics, to ethics (like being vegetarian/vegan) etc.
Sooo true. I was Vegan for 2 years, and stopped when I got diagnosed with a chronic illness, because I had no energy to make anything anymore, and its very expensive to buy fake meat etc in Norway, and it's very little vegan options around... So when I got diagnosed i just gave up because I wanted to use the energy I had on my child instead of food and food prep etc. It was literally either me not eating, or me being able to buy a frozen pizza on the hardest days. And I tell you... I got so much hate from the community. It was so hard to change the habits again, but it was for my health. But I was so glad I no longer were associated with those crazy vegans, omg. They ruin it for everyone. Everyone was already sick of vegans before meeting a vegan person. But some of my best friends now I actually met in a vegan group on Facebook 7 years ago 🎉
@@kykkelikokos yeah I have too many medical issues to then force myself to worry about making sure I’m eating enough nutrients. Whenever i see peope filming in public i automatically cover my face or change directions, it makes me SO uneasy knowing im just out there in the background of some random persons video/picture. i’d say less than 30.000 is a pretty small town/city but since it is in the state of new york they might have just more of a shopping culture happening there
First video I have seen by you , girl you are chill af , glad I came across this video. I'm still not sure how she went from Coffee Shop to Mams a murderer 😭
I love her saying that it wasn't legitimate for the coffee shop to say she was disturbing other customers 'because there was hardly anyone there when they asked me to stop filming.' So it wasn't busy and the owners actually had the time to speak with her is what I'm hearing. Or maybe they choose a time with minimal other customers because they thought she MIGHT react poorly. I know that last one's a reach, but come on lady.
@@julesburnside1794 I said it's a reach as it assumes the coffee shop owners feel the same way I feel about her, which is largely shaped by her insane car and home rants. Her videos that are filmed in public are obnoxious, but normal baseline TikTok dance BS obnoxious, not 'OMG did she just accuse her mother of murder for no reason, this woman is unhinged.'
The TJ Maxx thing is crazy. She’s getting upset over nothing. And who tf films a TJ Maxx or any store haul in the store? Usually you go home and do it there while you unpack. 🙄😵💫
I dont understand. Does she not have a home, car, or random field in her "small town" to film it. She can't respect a business?? My gym has a no filming or photo rule... honestly, more places should.
Wow! The first video that girl isn't thinking outside of the box.. when I think about this, I think about a young couple starting their own business in a coffee shop, they are wanting a HomeTown feel at their coffee shop... They do not want to be flooded with ppl, first of all that would be extremely overwhelming & it's overwhelming just opening a business all together... We have heard horror stories of popular or famous ppl going to a place & all their fans show up & destroy the place.. there's so many other reasons why and honestly I'm not crazy about that girl's attitude and her entitlement... And at the end of the day it's their business and rules..
Right? Like she wants to be somebody on social media…. But failing at it. I said it above but I hope people start making videos on her just like she’s doing to people. I bet she would stop if she got a taste of her own medicine lol
People need to learn that freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences. The same applies no matter how influential you are, one could argue it’s even more applicable the bigger of a following you have.
I actually thought she was "doing the haters" at first and then I realized that she really just talks that way. No wonder she spends all her time talking to (not even ON) her phone. No one else can stand her besides her.
As someone from an even smaller town outside of Jamestown, I’m not surprised by the actions of the store owners. We live in a very quiet area, especially the outskirts of Jamestown, that decreases in half the population during the winter because it’s a vacation spot. I also shop at that TJ max and her audacity to post the recording of that ladies voice makes me so angry
No American can play dumb about laws regarding private businesses open to the public. We had a national conversation for a month strait when mask mandates started at Walmart.
Yep. People think that a private business that serves the public is public property. No, it's private property it's just open to the public. Public property is basically government owned property like roads and parks.
A. Idk if it’s my screen or a filter or something, but her tan is giving me early 2000’s orange “bronzer looks so natural” B. These people don’t care about her influencer status they probably don’t want to be involved with her or appear in her videos because she’s so rude to everyone
Honestly I really hope more businesses make places where people can't film like that. I really hate how normalized it's become to film people in public without their consent.
These influencers are so unhinged. Ive worked in retail for 20 years and it has always been company policy everywhere ive worked that people are not allowed to record in the store. Its literally been in almost every company handbook I've ever signed. People need to stop acting brand new 🙄

New Legislation is the only thing that will curb the outrageousness of some Content Creators in business establishments. They should ask permission, and imho need a permit on top of that since they claim that it’s a job.
This is the first time I’m hearing of this woman and I’m VERY glad. If she came up on my FYP I’d block her. I don’t understand how she can genuinely believe people are jealous of her. If you don’t like your small town… LEAVE.
Everyone in our "small town" have already blocked her in real life. I went to school with her and I can 100% assure you, she has always been this way. I literally gasped when I saw this video on my FYP because how is she even claiming "influencer" status? Who are you influencing? No one. She is an enigma and absolutely does not represent our town.
Do you ever just meet someone and get an off vibe about them from just them talking. It doesnt happen often, but shes giving me that vibe. Like ive lived in the city, grown up in a small town. Small towns can be closed off but not all the time. She just reminds me of some people i met and they werent the best and gave me that feeling. Like im not safe with them Like shes someone i wouldnt wanna be friends with because id be afraid of what shed do if she deemed i wronged her in anyway
I love when people go out trying to start drama and then flipping out when there’s drama. I can’t imagine being that starved for attention! When do you need the entire world to listen to your BS?!!!! 🤷🏼♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
I don’t think her mom and family wanting her to take the videos down is them being defensive. Her mom says he was very violent towards her and it could be she doesn’t want him to see those videos and come looking for her or her family. She could potentially be actively putting her mom in danger. I’d have chest pains too😬
Also if there’s an active case going on, you don’t want that information out as it could possibly affect her case. Regardless, its not her story to tell l and definitely not her story to put out there
It's terrifying that people feel so entitled and comfortable to record any stranger they want and post it 💀 I live in New Zealand and I've had issues with some teens taking photos of me on the train and posting it to their stories because I am a pierced alt chick. Edit: Let alone this woman doesn't have the decency to give her family privacy either like wth
I'm also from New Zealand and I've had similar issues! I don't dress alt anymore but when used to, I had at least 10 incidents of people taking photos/videos on buses and at malls. It's so awful and uncomfortable.
kind of? new zealand is quite small so most people my age primarily shop at stores like glassons or cotton on, so anyone who doesn't shop/dress in super basic style will almost certainly be harrassed to some extent@@dez6278

i genuinely hate people who film in public when it’s made clear other people there don’t want to be filmed (or even when other people who haven’t consented to be in the video are a focal point/clear point of the video). and she 100% gives me “the customer is always right” vibes
If it means anything's she's lost followers since posting this video 😂😂😂 - and i completely 100% agree with you. She has NO respect or boundaries at all
I suspect people have complained about her before, I work in fast food and I’ve had families come down and complain about other groups being loud and saying inappropriate things that they don’t want their children hearing. If you can’t be respectful to the staff and other people in places then don’t go into them. A few UA-camr’s have said places have asked them not to film in places and they have not respected it.
It's crazy influencers don't understand people don't want to be in their shots regardless if they're allowed to film, feels like it should be common courtesy to respect people asking u not to film them in places like those 😭 tone deaf
These micro nothing influencers need reality checks. She is thirty acting like a twelve year-old. The coffee shop broke no laws, and she doesn’t know what freedom of speech means.
It's getting ridiculous.
it’s kind of giving gabbie hanna vibes … like calling everyone around you bullies because they don’t adhere to your entitled behaviour and making yourself the victim. it’s so laughable. also love your jumper/top angelika!!
yesss!
I was going to say the same thing! she even has the same way of speaking
It was uncanny how much she reminded me of GABBIE
Oh 100%
Yooo I forgot all about Gabbie😹😹
Imagine accusing your mum of murder but then letting her babysit 😂😂😂
She made a point to say she was in her thirties, yet is acting like an entitled teen. The immaturity.
I have a feeling that 13 year old son of hers is more mature than she is.
@@GingerThereforeNoSoulOh come on, she looks younger than 40’s 😂 I know she’s a nasty b***h but let’s be for real

as someone who would very much like to be able to go to a restaurant or cafe without worrying that i'm going to show up in the background of some stupid influencer's video, i appreciate business owners who establish those kinds of rules.
This! I’m a very private person. The only social media I have is Instagram and UA-cam. I would absolutely hate to be in the background in any video. The shop owners are very reasonable for allowing her even back in the store.
Hopefully gyms stop letting people film there too.
Her voice 😬😒😖😤😡
This lady is a menace to society!
She’s giving her mother PTSD! If someone was abused, you bring stuff up like that it produces anxiety.
She has no idea of what privacy is. What if that cashier at TJ Maxx has a stalker and they recognize that voice, then because of her video they can find her and hurt her.
This lady needs to be booted from the entire internet
Her fake tan.......AND her audacity the narcisism is wild
I literally couldn’t focus on anything else 😂
At first I thought she had a really bad sunburn…. Until I realized it never goes away! And she pairs it with silver glitter eyeshadow 😬

@@Kimmie9553it’s giving y2k but in the worst possible way
I couldn't look away, I couldn't tell if it was fake tan or foundation.
Even if her mom is responsible for her exes disappearance, based on what we know it would have probably been in self-defense. She literally doesn't care about charging this man or the fact shes retraumatizing her mom, she just knows she got ratioed with the coffee shop thing and knows she got views off it and is trying to recreate that high from the attention
oh my god i can't with this woman, can we just stop filming when people ask you to stop???
The narcissism is strong with that one.
if she was an actress, arguably a more respected profession than influencing, they’d still have an issue with her filming audition tapes and takes in the coffee shop. idk why she wants to be oppressed so baddd
so it’s not even that the owners might feel that way (which would be fine too), but if their regulars are not okay with it and they voiced concerns, they have to listen to their customers. ppl need to get that they are not entitled to film anywhere private!! so entitled to film anywhere
hi, barista here- first, it always gets me when people are like no one was there, like girl the workers are there, they see you and they don’t want you doing what you’re doing.
also 180 dollars at ~6 dollars a coffee, if its on the cheaper side, evens out to about 30 coffees, which, sure is a lot of money. but thats like 15 coffees a month.
Everything about this situation is gross. The entitlement, the disrespect to everyone around her, the false narratives she pushes. I feel like I need to go wash the ick off of me now.
You totally nailed down my same exact thoughts. I kept thinking “yuck” the whole video!

So weird.
When you said “I don’t know what lawyer is picking this up” I genuinely said out loud “Jeanette Braun” 😂

A normal vegan here and I agree... I hate unhinged vegans who give us all a bad name. There are a lot of very reasonable ones I swear
Its always the loud (unhinged) minority that make the silent, (normal) majority look bad.
That goes for most things, from religion, politics, to ethics (like being vegetarian/vegan) etc.
It’s ok homie we know not everyone is the Vegan teacher.

I honestly don’t think it’s much of a reach, she seems like she’d be extremely unpleasant to confront 😬
Her boyfriend disappeared because he wanted to get away from this crazy cook. She's at 14 minutes, 45 seconds into her 15 minutes of fame.
The TJ Maxx thing is crazy. She’s getting upset over nothing. And who tf films a TJ Maxx or any store haul in the store? Usually you go home and do it there while you unpack. 🙄😵💫
Because she doesn't want to actually buy the stuff?😂
Maybe they just want their business to not be her studio. If she makes so much... move out of your small town
I dont understand. Does she not have a home, car, or random field in her "small town" to film it. She can't respect a business?? My gym has a no filming or photo rule... honestly, more places should.
People get so confused between public property and private property being open to the public.
I remember when I was 12 and used the adolescent coping mechanism of claiming people were “jealous” if they didn’t like me. But then I grew up
Exactly
Omg imagine being this delulu 💀 also it’s the laughing scrolling though her own TikTok’s for me 🤣

People need to learn that freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences. The same applies no matter how influential you are, one could argue it’s even more applicable the bigger of a following you have.
She has the exact stereotypical voice that people use when making fun of people just like her.
Privelige is thinking that not being allowed to record somewhere is being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST

13:15 If that Coffee Shop wants to start a go fund me for the lawsuit I will gladly contribute. New Legislation is the only thing that will curb the outrageousness of some Content Creators in business establishments. This is the first time I’m hearing of this woman and I’m VERY glad. If she came up on my FYP I’d block her. I don’t understand how she can genuinely believe people are jealous of her. If you don’t like your small town… LEAVE.

Is it super rare to see an alternative woman there or where they harassing you?
kind of? new zealand is quite small so most people my age primarily shop at stores like glassons or cotton on, so anyone who doesn't shop/dress in super basic style will almost certainly be harrassed to some extent@@dez6278

If it means anything's she's lost followers since posting this video 😂😂😂 - and i completely 100% agree with you. She has NO respect or boundaries at all
The missing person thing is wild to me. How is she not accusing her of it on her popular social media account. Insane.
The ego on this woman is astronomical.
I just want to say, if there’s a TJmaxx AND a coffee shop in you town, girl, that ain’t a small town lol😂
I feel like her and Gabby Hannah would be friends then have a falling out and make hundreds of videos about each other
i think she should move out of her small town if she hates it that much
These micro nothing influencers need reality checks. She is thirty acting like a twelve year-old. The coffee shop broke no laws, and she doesn’t know what freedom of speech means. The coffee shop has a better chance sueing for defamation than she has for sueing over discrimination. She should have kept her mouth shut.
